Sehr schöne, ausgefallene und qualitativ hochwertige Ware. Toller Kundenservice!

Bekomme leider trotz Beweis der Sendenummer mein Geld für die Bestellung nicht zurück. Das Regal wurde kaputt geliefert, daher ging es zurück.

Nachtrag 27.02. Der Verkäufer hat jetzt geantwortet, mein Paket kam in Dänemark an, und er ist aber in Spanien, daher bekomme ich mein Geld nicht zurück. Ich habe aber eine Adresse in Dänemark als Retoure Adresse von Woodendot bekommen und auch noch sehr viel Geld für den Rückversand auf eigene Kosten nach Dänemark bezahlt! Ich habe eine Trackingnummer als Beweis, dass Woodendot mein Paket zurückerhalten hat! Betrug!

Everything was very smooth prior to placing the order, and the delivery was fairly quick. The article itself appears to be high quality and in line with the offering of similar providers in the market.

HOWEVER - Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen issue I found myself in need to return the item, and despite multiple attempts at going through the return process as outlined in the website, I still haven't been provided with instructions for returning the unused article.

After finally getting in touch with the support team, I eventually managed to process my return. The process itself was somewhat tricky, primarily due to it happening over the summer which delayed the overall process.

All in all however, I can endorse Woodendot for the quality of their products and attentiveness to their customer base when it comes to post-sales support.

I recently purchased furniture from Woodendot, and I have to say the quality is incredible. Not only that, but the attention to detail in design is impeccable. It was hands down the best furniture buying experience I've ever had. The customer support team was super fast and friendly, and the instructions were very clear once the furniture arrived at my home.

I'm thrilled with my purchase, and I will undoubtedly buy from Woodendot again. I highly recommend this brand to anyone who wants high-quality, well-designed furniture that's also backed up by fantastic customer service. Thank you, Woodendot, for making my furniture buying experience a pleasure!

Although the coffee tables are beautiful, my initial order was wrong and not all bolts were included. It has been a hassle to get everything correct, and extremely complicated to return to pieces they wrongly sent (it’s been over the month and it hasn’t been fully resolved). I was considering getting their bedroom table but this experience (and their customer service response time) left me a sour taste. Great product but a service that lacks urgency and accountability.

Buenas calidades, seriedad en la entrega.

Hyper déçue de la qualité du meuble Cloe de Woodendot. Livré avec un peu de retards et planche cassé car les planches sont en lamellés collés donc pas d’un seul tenant… Puis visuellement, le lamellé-collé peut avoir des différences de couleurs peu esthétique, que l’on ne voit pas sur les photos du site. Aussi, vu son prix, on ne s’attend pas à devoir monter son meuble soit même, qui de plus est très très complexe. Mais surtout, une notice imprimée à l’envers et pas du tout clair. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec les embouts en bois pour cacher les vis sur le dessus qui étaient trop large. J’ai dû les poncer moi-même pour qu’il rentre. 1600€ est un peu abusif pour du bois lamellés collés + montage à faire soit même et le ponçage. Le point positif : la rapidité de réponse et la réactivité pour renvoyer les éléments cassés ou qui ne convenait pas. Cela dit, je ne recommande pas du tout le meuble Cloe. Et autre remarque, après avoir mis quelques 3-4 livres à l’intérieur du meuble, les parois sur les côtés ne tiennent pas et se plie avec le poids car mal conçu… Vraiment déçu 😞

Un retard dans la livraison, l’article n’est pas tout à fait celui que j’avais commandé. Mais très bel article qui ne se voit pas chez tout le monde. Joli design.

Sehr edle Verarbeitung und tolles Design! Verpackung und Versand waren ebenfalls super. Woodendot ist absolut empfehlenswert.

The Alba shelf looks incredible in my home. It can be used as a wall shelf or a side table and I love that it's so versatile. It adds so much character to my space and I plan to purchase more!

We purchased the Batea M + S and we could not be happier with them. The assembly is incredibly easy and they provide the tools you need. We wanted something that was light and could be moved around to fit our needs and these exceeded our expectations. I table a coffee table and it arrived in Seattle, WA in lighting speed. Literally so fast, within a few days from Spain! The package is VERY WELL packed and SO EASY to assemble everything. It took me 5 mins to assemble to be exact. My experience is exceptional and I highly highly recommend their products and service! Everything was amazing and we love our table so much! The design is so smart and beautiful!
