I cannot recommend Stacey at Woodcroft furnishings highly enough, the time she spent with my mum and her attention to detail to ensure that we ordered the right piece of furniture was 2nd to none. She even helped us to pick out the right colour to match our existing furniture which looks fantastic. if you are looking for a riser recliner chair, you really do not need to go anywhere else. I must also say the prices were fantastic compared to the other shops. We had looked at great service an amazing prices too!

When my Dad purchased 2 rise and recliner chairs from Stacey she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My Dads chair has become an absolute god send for him as he has deteriorating mobility. Nothing was too much trouble and the style and price were spot on.. Our purchase of a Riser/recliner chair is of the highest quality. We were able to try the chair before we bought it, service of the highest quality. Also a similar chair as sold by a high street retailer at half the price. What could be better.

I cannot recommend this company enough, my father in law purchased a chair and sofa from Woodcroft Furnishings, the whole service from start to finish was second to none. Stacey was a pleasure to deal with, there was no hard sell, prices that would only be available if he purchased on the day or any of the usual rubbish you sometimes get with these companies, in fact it was entirely the opposite, Stacey gave my FIL a few days to make a considered decision on the purchase. Once he had placed the order he was updated by Stacey as to when delivery would be and the furniture arrived just as expected. The very personal service provided and value for money (you would pay double with other companies that sell the same product!!) would make it very difficult for me to give this company anything other than 5 stars.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with woodcroft furnishings, Stacey has been a fantastic help in sourcing the right chair for my neighbour, she has provided a fantastic chair that is all singing all dancing, it has made my neighbours life so much more comfortable. The customer service was brilliant, stacey has been incredibly knowledgable about the chair and she has delivered when she said she would. Stacey is a very honest person who genuinely cares about her customers and ensuring they have great value and a great service. I would highly recommend this company and especially Stacey.

Normally taking my Mum shopping for anything can be quite a stressful situation especially if what we’re looking for is of high value. However from the moment we met Stacey she made us feel completely at ease and the whole process of buying new furniture an absolute breeze. She helped Mum make a decision over the right colour and style and took time to explain to Mum fully the different options available without being at all pushy. Stacey’s attention to detail could not be faulted and she’s there at every stage, even the delivery.
I cannot recommend her and her lovely business highly enough and I know that Mum is telling everybody that she meets. The important thing is the quality is just lovely and the prices compared to everywhere else we looked were amazing!
