Do Not touch this company. They will promise you everything and deliver nothing only headaches.
They will drain your pockets.
You will not receive royalties, they will keep your small or large profit.
My autobiography is called "How Much Pain Can Our Hearts Endure" and now it's been taken off Amazon for sale.
No feedback, no reason.
I'm sick to my back teeth, I even made contact with this disgraceful so called company.

Initially it all sounded great, sold short delivery time after review, but in the end took 3 months to recieve books, communiucation and information was painfully slow, had to continuously push them for information to get the books delivered. Eventually when the Books were delivered found out they were printed by a rival POD company in the uk, so woodbridge was just acting as a drop shipping third party. Which explains the delays in communitcation.

Woodbridge took me on as a debut fiction novelist, and Simon and the team made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, quick responses, clear guidance. For a first-time author, having a publisher who actually treats you like a professional makes an enormous difference. If you're a new writer looking for a publisher who knows what they're doing and actually cares about the work, Woodbridge is the real deal.

I spoke to a consultant called Jordan. He answered all my questions and did not seem offended when I expressed some uncertainty (as I have had expreience of vanity publishers and it was not nice). He seemed open and honest and has said he'll email all the info over so I'll keep an eye on my in-box. Still not sure but I'm not writing them off just yet.

I've had a great experience and a lovely introduction to publishing.
Adam and Samuel were extremely helpful and friendly.

Helpful advice from staff. Took much longer than I expected and I had to do more proofreading of versions via the Woodbridge staff than I expected.

My experience was great because:
1. Firstly, I would not have written this book if I had not met Woodbridge Publishers, who explained to me the steps to be made to write and publish a book, especially at my age of 85.
2. The project managers were both very helpful, but the 2nd one, Samuel Gray, was especially efficient, polite and kind, and spending the time necessary to research and answer all my questions.
3. The two "ghost writers" I had were both helpful, but especially the second one, a young lady whose name I forget, was very creative.
4. The Marketing Strategist,Omar Ziyagil, was excellent in his advice in answering my detailed questions, which enabled me to gain a good knowledge of marketing and how it works.
He was also amazingly good at using the English language to create or improve what I was trying to say, to give a correct message by using the words and ideas I had written in my text, in blogs, hashtags and social media posts, with appropriate captions and illustrations for each post.
He was also involved in creating, for my review, the front and back covers of the book, which seem to be very successful.

When Samuel Gray was brought in to take over my publishing project he was excellent. He dealt with the process very well and was in constant communication with me. He helped out a lot with the whole publishing deal and offered advice and options if he thought I needed it. I would heavily recommend him....

I have found the management and staff at Woodbridge to be very friendly and helpful. They approached the task of publishing my book in a very professional way. As a result they have produced a beautifully designed book, which has met all of my expectations. Woodbridge Publishers have a very creative, professional staff, who were very successful in creating an excellent social media plan,a professional and interesting website, as well as providing professionally designed author cards, bookmarks,and postcards, all illustrating the theme of the book in a perfect way. I have found that the people at Woodbridge listened to what I had in mind and were very keen to create the book that I had envisaged. A few things I need to clarify after my last review and after the response I recently received from Woodbridge Customer Care.

Ok, I Paid Woodbridge Publishers for their services around January 2023.
Woodbridge launched my book in May 2023 and thereafter were supposed to send me quarterly statements, regardless of me having sales to show on the statements or not.
By the time November 2023, came around and after frequently having to ask again where are my statements, they eventually sent me a statement that did show that I had, had some sales which amounted to £73.49. Good thing I pestered them.
After that, despite asking for statements every time a quarterly period came around they would not send me anymore statements out.
So, nearly a year later in August 2024, I requested them, TO NOT have my book under their control at all any longer. They agreed that they did not and should not have control anyway and agreed that they had no rights to my work, they said they would hand my book back to me.
So, I opened my own Amazon KDP and IngramSpark account and Woodbridge uploaded my book to my accounts around August/September 2024. I then changed my passwords on my KDP and IngramSpark accounts thinking that my work would be safe.
Then from September 2024, I watched my accounts closely and did not get one sale.
By December 2024, I had a gut feeling something was not right, I still had a bad feeling about Woodbridge Publishers.
So, the week between Christmas and New Year 2024, I had my daughter order my book through my website from Amazon. At this point Woodbridge, still had control of my website, and to this day they still have, they will not give me the access details to my website and have not contacted me about my website after saying they said they would in their reply to my last review.
Anyway, after my daughter received my book next day delivery THE SALE NEVER SHOWED in my KDP or IngramSpark account. After about two weeks I began a query and complaint with Amazon.
Amazon came back to me by end of January 2025 and told me that Woodbridge had been selling my book through their own KEP account AND HAD PUT THEIR OWN ISBN NUMBER ON MY BOOK ... AND THERE WAS NO GLITCH WITHIN THE AMAZON SYSTEM.
After I proved to Woodbridge... that I had investigated their dishonesty they then owned up to what they had done and then paid me my royalties for 69 COPIES of MY book THAT THEY HAD SOLD THROUGH 'THEIR' OWN KEP ACCOUNT ... AND HAD PUT THEIR OWN ISBN NUMBER ON MY BOOK ... WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
They basically at this point had to own up to me that they had sold my work without my permission or knowledge.
They have still not contacted me to hand over the access details for my website that they created for me within the plan I chose when purchasing with them in the beginning. They have spun a web of dishonesty and have put me through hell, I used to trust people to easily i suppose but never again this is a hard lesson learned.

It has been a horrendous journey. Woodbridge have lied and been deceitful in the most extreme way, they have stole from me and laughed in my face.
My publishing experience should have been exciting, bright and breezy, after all thats what they promised when I was paying them for the services that they should have delivered.
God knows how many other people they have scammed.
