I had an appointment scheduled for Monday with Woobie.io. They sent a confirmation text Sunday night with additional details, which gave me confidence everything was set. Monday morning, I even texted to confirm.

They never showed up.

No call, no message, no explanation—just complete silence. As of now, still nothing.

If you’re going to confirm appointments, you need to actually honor them or at least communicate if something changes. This was a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

If it was possible to leave negative stars I would this company is a complete scam! After you pay they send you a couple emails and thats it no guidance, no help, no communication they will blow your phone up to get you to pay but after you pay you will not be helped! There is a reason this company claims they aren't allowed to do refunds stay far away from this predatory company!

I can’t say enough good things about the team that helped me achieve my 100% VA disability rating. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were clear. They guided me through every step of the process, made sure all my documentation was in order, and took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense.

What stood out most was their communication. They kept me informed the entire time, responded quickly to any questions I had, and never left me wondering what was going on with my claim. That kind of consistency and reliability made a stressful process much easier to deal with.

If you’re a veteran trying to navigate the VA system, I highly recommend working with them. They genuinely care, and it shows in the results.

I would leave no stars if possible. First of all the salesman Brody lied about alot of shit, just to get the sale. I filled out some questionaire about my conditions and submitted it, nobody got back to me after that. Then I tried to get out of the contract and of course I was told they couldn't do anything about it and they want to try to make it right, then stopped responding when I said no I just want to be released from the contract. Woobie is a scam don't waste 4k. Brody was saying how woobie was so much better than the agency I was working with when they don't even submit ur claim and once you sign the contract don't reach out to you after that. DONT TRUST OR WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH WOOBIE. IT IS A CERTIFIED SCAM!!

The whole team is great. I used another company before Wobbie and was just a number and they did not care if you ever made it to 100% P&T. I came to Wobbie with 80%. We worked and they tried to go the route I wanted to do. We went to 90% with Migraines the first round. Sleep Apnea was rejected and kept being pushed back on. The team made suggestions of switching the claims to IBS and GERD as I was only 10% away now and not as hard as a fight. Both were rejected the first time around. Matt and the team helped with a rebuttable and today I am now 100% P&T. Never give up the VA is counting on you getting frustrated. Trust the team and keep pushing back!

The team was responsive and knowledgeable of the process. They helped put together the packet I needed to get my claim approved quickly. They don't do all the work, you need to do most of it, but they lay out the steps clearly and have weekly meetings and check ins so the make it easy for you. I think it was worth the money for me, they helped me go from 90-100%. I would recommend them to a friend.

Paid them for their service did everything they said twice with the VA both times my claims got denied they kept trying to say its my fault and when i tried to my money back they denied it as well. Just get a lawyer which is what i ended up doing. Best part is the lawyer only gets paid if you get paid

Woobie truly gave me all the tools to get the job done. The claims I really wanted to be taken care of, that I had originally submitted for, I was able to get the rating I was looking for. As for the other claims not so much but as everyone knows it’s an endurance race with the VA. If you don’t know the first thing about submitting Woobie is your place. I just want to reiterate you WILL NEED to do all the work yourself.. but the tools are there!

Worth every penny! Woobie got me the VA rating I truly deserved.
This isn’t a completely hands-off “done-for-you” service; If that’s what you’re looking for, look elsewhere. What they do give you is a crystal-clear roadmap to building the strongest claim package with the highest possible chance of success. But you have to show up and do your part: schedule the appointments, follow through, and stay accountable. If you drag your feet or miss deadlines, that’s on you, not them.
The good news? Their team is super responsive with any questions, and the weekly classes are genuinely helpful. Stick to the process they lay out and you’ll end up with the rating you deserve. Highly recommend if you’re ready to put in the work!

Woobie was on point! Everyone was so helpful and worked expeditiously to get you the result you deserve! My rating ended up autocorrecting so I didn’t go through the full process with them, but I was very pleased with all I experienced. Highly recommend Woobie!

I have nothing but good things to say about woobie, the staff and doc were attentive and helpful throughout the process, it took me one try to do what I fought the VA for two years, I truly recommend their service to anyone having a hard time with the VA
