We’d like to clarify that the tickets were not properly booked through the required process. As explained in the redemption instructions, you must first contact us to schedule your activity before attending. Since this step was not completed, the location was unable to recognize or accept your tickets.
We’re happy to assist with any future bookings when the correct procedure is followed.

The website was not allowing me to choose the Broadway tickets I wanted. The customer service number is only open for 3 hours. Can’t get complete answers on how to choose and use my experience. Very frustrating.

Lifesaver
I couldn't find my tickets in my email and was starting to panic. Customer service was able to look for them with my email address and resent the tickets. I am extremely grateful!

Easy to Use, Flexible, Stress Free
Honestly had a great time; I was gifted 2 Regal tickets and a snackpack a little while back. This was fully a new concept to me. All I had to do is create an account, and register the gift, then I got my QR codes for each ticket and snack pack. I forgot, to book my seat online in advance, but when I arrived to the theatre that wasn't a problem, they just scanned the QR code, I picked my movie and got my snack pack, which btw the snack pack was REALLY nice. i was surprised. Wish I could add a picture here

Appointment scheduled 1 hour in advance for a tasting and presentation of a gourmet gift box. Very friendly welcome. Very professional explanation, relaxed atmosphere. We are very satisfied with this experience.

Buyer Beware!
Beware! This company is a scam. They say they're having an internet issue but going on day 4 of not being able to use my box at all. Do not buy! Their customer service always says it's closed so you can't actually talk to anyone and it takes them forever to reply to emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Every single time i try to redeem my voucher code it give me an error code and says “try again later” but proceeds to still send the error code. I even exchanged it for another voucher and im still facing the same problem.

It's definitely a scam
It's definitely a scam. I got AMC tickets and they won't work. Every time I go through the steps, it gives me a red error and won't process. There is no customer service number at all. Very scummy and this site should be investigated.

It was very difficult to purchase, and after I got the voucher, I could not get my tickets. and I Still could not get it. Very frustrating.
