Repeated partial to complete outages. Zero customer service outside discord volunteers. Those volunteers are regular customers who frequently have zero idea what’s going on behind the scenes. The wombot has been working at less than 25% functionality for approximately one month now. We were promised a free month, but were charged anyway. Despite telling us that they’re aware of the problem (from the volunteer mods), no update has been given since. Users are being banned for complaining. Users are clearly very upset, but instead of addressing concerns, discussions are removed, or users are banned.
The app itself is great, when it’s working. It would be in their best interest to hire a public relations, or customer service team, if they want their service to survive the growing AI marketplace.
