I have been under the care of Miss Di Donato since October 2025 after being referred for severe stage 4 endometriosis, and I cannot thank her enough for the exceptional care she has provided. She performed robotic surgery for me this year and will operate again in October. Throughout everything, she has been kind, compassionate, an amazing listener, and incredibly hardworking — even seeing me at 7am during my post-op admission before starting clinic.

She has also gone above and beyond by referring me to fertility specialists before surgery.

A special thank you as well to her CNS nurse, Vicky, who has been so supportive and helpful throughout my journey. I’m very grateful to them both.

Dr Nadine Di Donato was extremely professional, attentive, and empathetic. She examined me with great care, truly listened to me, and took the time to discuss all my options clearly and reassuringly. Dr Di Donato is a wonderful gynaecologist, clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also deeply empathetic. From the moment we met, she and nurse Vicky Burea put both my daughter and me instantly at ease. Their kindness, responsiveness and genuine care made us feel truly supported.

My daughter has been living with severe daily pain. Her school attendance is around 40%, she often cannot participate in sports, and she struggles with fatigue and many other symptoms. At times it feels as though her life is over. While Dr Di Donato does not have a magic cure for endometriosis, having a gynaecologist and nurse who truly listen, care and are available for advice whenever we need it makes an enormous difference. We feel very fortunate to have found them.

I have been a patient with Miss Di Donato for almost 5 years. Miss Di Donato is so friendly, builds trust quickly through her obvious knowledge and experience. She’s great at putting you at ease, making you feel comfortable and most importantly feeling heard. Through treatment with her, my life has changed, going from being in constant chronic pain to now being almost pain free and being able to life a happy life.

I am profoundly grateful to Gynaecologist Ms Di Donato and her team for their exceptional care. Following an external ultrasound that identified a large fibroid, her referral for an MRI scan revealed severe (stage 4) silent endometriosis. The laparoscopic, robotic-assisted surgery was extensive, involving bowel shaving, ovarian cystectomy, and myomectomy removal of fibroids, the largest measuring 9cm. The team's professionalism and compassion instilled confidence in me throughout this complex procedure. Now, three weeks post-op, I am feeling well, and with her guidance, I know I made the best decision. I highly recommend Ms Di Donato to anyone seeking expert care for endometriosis or related conditions.

From the first phone call I knew that Miss. Nadine Di Donato was exactly who I’d been looking for. I felt heard, which as far too many women know is a struggle in itself! She is clearly respected in her industry (and rightly so) and ensures the absolute best care is given from start to finish. I’ve had a great outcome following a robotic assisted total hysterectomy, removal of endometriosis and the added complication of having to dissect a number of adhesions from previous c sections. Consulting dr Di Donato was indeed a life changing decision for me. After 6 years of pretty much constant pain and in search for a diagnostic, which saw me undergo a botched laparoscopy and consequent 2 surgeries in the process, I decided to consult Dr Di Donato. I did it without holding much hope, I just felt I had to keep searching for a solution but I am now so glad I did.
She ordered for a scan on the first consultation and was able to tell me the reasons for my pain very soon after this. Then she consulted with specialists in other disciplines to ensure I would be treated in a way that took into account all the surgery I had gone through. Best of all she prescribed me a treatment that got rid of the pain within 2 months. I finally have my life back, and I owe this to her. Her approach is very thorough and aside from being such a competent doctor she is also a compassionate and very approachable person, I felt I could trust her right away, and I was right. I couldn’t recommend Dr Di Donato more if I tried.

Nadine Di Donato is an excellent gynaecologist and I am grateful I found my way to her clinic. She is very caring and understanding but also says it like it is and gives you every possible option and outcome. I trusted her implicitly with my surgery. Having suffered from endometriosis for many years I have seen a lot of consultants, but none as specialist and knowledgeable about the disease as Di Donato. And she has a great team around her. Specialist nurse Vicky made sure I was fully supported both before my operation and afterwards. I can’t recommend more highly.
