I thought Wolves quoted a fair price for a protracted removal job that stretched over 2 days and 3 locations. They arrived early on the day and set to work, disassembling all our furniture for us and somehow found a way to extract it from the house, down the stairs, through narrow doorways etc.

They were polite and efficient.

The Wolves team was very professional and courteous, and they took great care of my belongings during the move. I needed help transferring some delicate items and assembling a few pieces, and they handled everything exceptionally well. I’ll definitely use them again based on the excellent job they did.

I do have one small piece of feedback: it would have been helpful if we had planned together how to dispose off the packaging materials. Since I don’t drive and was moving after 20 years, I didn’t think about it beforehand. After the move, I had to ask friends to help me remove all the cardboard that needed recycling.

We can’t praise the Wolves team high enough. From the first time we contacted Jack; through the quotation process and the final move, nothing was too much trouble. On the actual day a car was parked in the way of loading, but the team simply worked around it without making any fuss whatsoever. They took great care of our belongings at both ends of the move and even moved a fridge/freezer & washing machine that was left by the previous owner. We would highly recommend Wolves Removals to anyone looking for a reliable caring removal company.

They were recommended to me for my house move, and I was impressed from start to finish. Jack responded swiftly to my initial enquiry, took time to understand my situation, and gathered all the necessary details.
 
His communication throughout was top-notch - clear, helpful, and patient, even when I asked the simplest of questions (my head was all over the place with the stress of moving!).
 
Once we agreed on the quote, Jack stayed in touch, dropped off boxes, wrapping sheets, and tape, and even gave me a demo on how to pack. He shared short videos to help with wrapping delicate items, which were really useful.
 
My completion day was a Monday, so his team came on the Friday before to pack up and load the vans—this made moving day go much more smoothly.
 
On the day itself, Luke, Brendon, and Nem were incredible—efficient, kind, and supportive, which meant a lot on what was quite an emotional day.
 
I got my keys at 3pm and they were happy to wait. As soon as we had access, they got to work and moved everything into the correct rooms, including garden pots.
