The worse delivery company ever!!! They called me to cancel my order because of a tech problem and order again! I did it and I’m still waiting for my food after 1h waiting!!!!!

I registered for a 3-month free trial (€0.00) in January 2026. Despite the campaign being active and showing €0.00, Wolt’s payment system silently extracted €3.99 from my corporate card every single month. Even worse, after I officially cancelled the subscription, they bypassed my cancellation settings and kept debiting my card in April and May 2026. Totaling €19.95 in unauthorized charges.
When confronted, their customer support acknowledged an internal database glitch involving their payment gateway recycling an old Adyen token reference (F4HHW5MQ3QKLWFG3). However, they formally refused to issue a manual refund, blatantly violating consumer law and telling me to handle it with my bank instead.
I have officially filed a complaint with the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή) and initiated a fraud chargeback with my financial provider.
Unfair commercial practices, absolute bad faith, and a broken billing system. Avoid them or check your statements daily.

Faulty comments and requests system
Their system is not registering the comments for allergy requests and the food arrives wrong. Then their support claims that it’s your fault and refuses to make it good. Very bad service.
Wolt Greece must shut down.
Their level of service declined sharply. They are now essentially at the point where they don't respond to messages on chat—the ONLY means of support, in hopes that you give up. Disgusting.

When I asked them why they said I had used an offer which was not for me.
If their system has problem and sent me an offer bu mistake on my account it is their fault and not mine. I finf unprofessional that their personell wheb i raised the issue they said they cannot do anything so i deleted their app and will not use again.

Customer support is plain bad. Experienced missing items in 2 of the last 3 orders. Minimal effort to rectify. Other apps like foody seem more reliable

This is by far the worst food delivery experience I’ve had. I placed my order at 7:00 PM, and over two hours later I am still waiting with no proper explanation or resolution.
The estimated delivery time kept changing, customer support was unhelpful, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability. When people order food, they rely on accurate timing and basic communication — neither was provided here.
Delays can happen, but a two-hour wait with poor support is unacceptable, especially for a service that positions itself as reliable and professional. This experience shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time.
I will seriously reconsider using Wolt Greece again unless there is a major improvement in service quality and customer support.

Παρήγγειλα online σούπερ μάρκετ για εξοικονόμηση χρόνου και τελικά βρέθηκα να εξηγώ γιατί δεν είναι λογικό να μεταφέρεται η ευθύνη στον πελάτη.
Προϊόν έλειπε, το email με την απόδειξη ήρθε σχεδόν ταυτόχρονα με τον εκτιμώμενο χρόνο παράδοσης και παρ’ όλα αυτά μου ζητήθηκε εκ των υστέρων να «είχα ελέγξει» ή να είχα αφήσει σχόλια για το ποια προϊόντα είναι απαραίτητα.
Η απάντηση της υποστήριξης ήταν τυπική, χωρίς ανάληψη ευθύνης, με μοναδική λύση επιστροφή χρημάτων μετά από ημέρες.
Online υπηρεσία χωρίς σεβασμό στον χρόνο του πελάτη δεν είναι πραγματική εξυπηρέτηση.

Επικοινώνησα με την υποστήριξη και αντι να μου στείλουν εντελώς άμεσα ξανά την παραγγελία (την πρώτη φορά κάναν 20 λεπτά) έκαναν μία ώρα!!!!
Extremely disappointed with Wolt+
I had €10 credits from a real €600 purchase (28/11/2025), not a promotional code for new users. Wolt+ blocked my credits and refused to provide any clear explanation or solution. Customer support only sent a generic copy-paste reply.
A paid subscription should guarantee transparency and fair treatment. Wolt+ failed completely, leaving me no choice but to cancel. Highly disappointing.
Κωτσόβολος – Wolt: μια “συνεργασία” που λειτουργεί μόνο στη θεωρία
Η εμπειρία μου με τη συνεργασία Κωτσόβολου–Wolt ήταν απογοητευτική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος — και μάλιστα σε περίοδο Black Friday, όπου θα περίμενε κανείς λίγο περισσότερη οργάνωση.
1η παραγγελία — “Παραδόθηκε”, χωρίς να έχει παραδοθεί ποτέ.....
Έκανα παραγγελία μέσω Wolt στο χώρο εργασίας μου. Το προϊόν δεν παραδόθηκε ποτέ, ούτε ήρθε οδηγός, ούτε έλαβα καμία ειδοποίηση. Κι όμως, η Wolt έστειλε μήνυμα ότι “παρέλαβα”! Αυτό δεν είναι απλώς λάθος — είναι επικίνδυνο.
Ένα σύστημα που επιβεβαιώνει ψευδώς παράδοση, μπορεί να εκθέσει οποιονδήποτε. Ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων και το ποσό αποδεσμεύτηκε μεν, αλλά — όπως πάντα — θα εμφανιστεί στην κάρτα μετά από πέντε εργάσιμες. Αν είσαι πελάτης, πρέπει απλώς να περιμένεις.
2η παραγγελία — Το προϊόν υπάρχει… αλλά “δεν υπάρχει” Επειδή το αρχικό προϊόν τελικά δεν υπήρχε στην αποθήκη (παρότι εμφανιζόταν διαθέσιμο), έκανα δεύτερη παραγγελία για άλλο χρώμα, αυτή τη φορά με παραλαβή από κατάστημα, για να αποφύγω άλλα δράματα. Πηγαίνω στο κατάστημα. Το βλέπουν στο σύστημα. Το κρατάνε στα χέρια τους. ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΟΥΝ ΝΑ ΜΟΥ ΤΟ ΔΩΣΟΥΝ. Ο λόγος; Στο σύστημά τους το προϊόν φαίνεται 0 τεμάχια, άρα δεν μπορούν να το τιμολογήσουν. Το πιο σουρεαλιστικό “το έχουμε αλλά δεν το έχουμε”. Η λύση που μου πρότειναν; Να το αγοράσω από το κατάστημα χωρίς την έκπτωση -20% της Wolt. Και μέσα σε όλα, και ύφος από αρκετούς υπαλλήλους, λες και φταίει ο πελάτης που χρησιμοποιεί μια επίσημη συνεργασία που οι ίδιοι προωθούν.
3η προσπάθεια — Παραγγελία που ακυρώνεται 12–14 ώρες μετά Ζήτησα από τον υπεύθυνο να μου πει τι προϊόντα είναι διαθέσιμα για να τα παραγγείλω από τη Wolt. Τα περισσότερα που μου ανέφερε δεν υπήρχαν καν στην εφαρμογή. Μετά από αρκετή ώρα είδα μόνος μου ένα προϊόν διαθέσιμο, το παράγγειλα και επέλεξα παράδοση την επόμενη μέρα. Και τι έγινε; Η παραγγελία ακυρώθηκε 12–14 ώρες αργότερα, το επόμενο πρωί. Ούτε εξήγηση, ούτε επιλογή αλλαγής, ούτε τίποτα — απλά ακύρωση.
Συμπέρασμα
3 προσπάθειες.

Μία “εικονική” παράδοση που ποτέ δεν έγινε. Προϊόντα που υπάρχουν αλλά “δεν υπάρχουν” στο σύστημα. Υπάλληλοι που δυσανασχετούν με τις παραγγελίες Wolt. Και χρήματα που δεσμεύονται για μέρες. Η συνεργασία Κωτσόβολου–Wolt λειτουργεί τόσο ανοργάνωτα, που δημιουργεί περισσότερα προβλήματα απ’ όσα λύνει.
Μένει στην κρίση σας αν θα τους εμπιστευτείτε ξανά — εγώ προσωπικά σίγουρα όχι.
AVOID AT ANY COST
Orders are consistently delayed by over an hour, completely ruining the quality of the food. Today I ordered something as simple as a coffee, eggs, and orange juice. It took 130 minutes to arrive. The coffee and juice were so watered down and disgusting that I threw them away. The food was stone cold. This is not a “small delay”; it is a complete breakdown of basic service.
Their support is even worse. It feels like talking to a script, not a human. All you get is the same empty lines: “sorry for the inconvenience”, “thank you for your understanding”, with zero real effort to fix the issue or take responsibility.
I requested a full refund because what they delivered was unusable and absolutely unacceptable. Instead, they offered me 4.50 as compensation. That is insulting.
This is not a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern of terrible service, disrespect for the customer’s time and money, and fake “support”. Total waste of money. Never again.

Scammers who are enforcing delivery expenses(meanwhile the restaurant i want to purchase is like 2kilometesr away from my house 5 minutes with a motorcycle ) including extra service fee plus their first 2 order -6euros offer dosnt even work....But its pointless in the first place as they charge you 5 euros for delivery and service.What a SCAM.

First and Last Order with Wolt+ Cyprus
I subscribed to Wolt+ and placed my very first order for food that arrived an hour late, cold, spilled, and dripping through the torn bag. When I called the restaurant, they told me the food had been sitting ready for nearly an hour waiting for pickup — it was risotto, not something you can reheat.
Customer support (Maria T.) acknowledged the issue but offered a €4 credit as “compensation.” For a ruined, inedible meal (€22) and spilled drink (more than half of the €6 drink was spilled).
I also have food allergies and can only order from literally one place in that town — all closed by the time this mess arrived. Instead of helping, support sent copy-paste replies like “We’ll inform our team” and “Hope your next order is perfect.”
Unbelievably poor service, robotic responses, zero accountability. If this is how Wolt+ treats first-time paying customers, I can only imagine how they treat regular ones.
