WolfyCasino does not comply with responsible gambling practices at all. I am self-excluded from all Modern World Entertainment B.V. casinos. I received separate confirmation of this by email. WolfyCasino still allowed me to play.

Why did my payments still go through to WolfyCasino? The payments were processed using an incorrect MCC code to offshore merchants, bypassing gambling restrictions on my bank card. This is against Visa/Mastercard rules and is illegal. My bank has already contacted me due to suspicious transactions.

Instead of acknowledging their mistake and correcting it, WolfyCasino chose to stop responding completely once the evidence was provided. This already shows how irresponsible the operator’s conduct is.

I have consulted a lawyer and escalated the case to them. I will also contact Trumo, the payment processor that works with the casino, and inform them about their actions. Trumo is EU regulated, and they will certainly be interested in who they are doing business with.

I will escalate the case to all relevant authorities, including the central bank. I will not let this matter go.
