Retired managers and researchers often send their work to established companies. In the United
States, self-publishing companies that accept manuscripts with upfront payments are competing with
larger firms. As these smaller publishers grow, it is essential for authors to ensure the quality of their
final product. When evaluating a self-publishing company, consider the following factors:
Copyright policy and associated costs,
Time from draft submission to final print,
Security measures for interactions with staff,
Approval and modification for the front cover,
The costs for publication are reasonable compared to other publishers.
In considering these conditions, I selected Wolfox Global Publishing to republish my book, which
had previously been published by a company that no longer exists. The cover of my book, a pen and
ink drawing, was difficult to duplicate and required many interactions to meet the standards set by
Amazon to get my book in print. My interactions with company personnel were always professional
and polite and they always answered questions to my satisfaction. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate my
experience with Wolfox Global Publishing as five
