Absolutely top notch customer service, had an issue which was faulted and resolved very quickly, Mark from customer service was amazing and kept me up to speed on the replacement and followed up after the spare had arrived, following this is had an issue caused by myself and Mark could not have been more helpful, customer care and service as it should be…thanks Wolfbox, oh and great product, game changer for my campervan.

Had an issue with g900. one email later, they had a full replacement sent out within a few days. Wolfbox has great customer service.

The customer service is out of this world! I just heard word of mouth that they provide a wiring kit for free with a purchase of one of their dash cameras.
I figured just ask and hope for they best…. They sent it right away with my proof of purchase and i got it within days!!! Planning on installing my camera soon. Love this company!

After breaking one of my nozzles (my fault entirely) I contacted wolfbox to enquire about ordering a replacement. Not only did they reply straight away Mark at customer services dealt with my situation and sent a full replacement nozzle pack to me straight away. Not only that he kept in contact with me all through the process even checking in with me that I had received it. My blower is a great product which I now know is backed up with faultless 1st class after sales and customer service, thanks Wolfbox and particular Mark from your customer services team.

I ordered from Wolfbox the G900 tri-pro. Initially I received the OEM mount bracket but the arm was to small. They reached out to check if everything was ok and when I notified them, immediately they responded and fixed the issue. I also had an issue with the OBD hardwire kit not being compatible with my hybrid Toyota which they handled immediately as well. I am very happy with their service and I recommend them to anyone. The device is excellent as well. Definitely best dashcam and service out there right now.!!!!!!!!!

I bought a WolfBox Dashcam on Amazon. Not only have they provided needed tech-support after purchase via email, they've sent free replacement parts for my device after i switched cars. A+ highest recommendation.

Ich bin begeistert von dem unglaublich guten Service, das nenne ich "VORBILDLICH", besser kann man es kaum machen! Besonders Mark ist super motiviert und kompetent! Ich kann nur sagen: Hut ab, macht weiter so!
Auch das Produkt ist klasse, gute Verarbeitung mit toller Software!
Ein kleines Minus, die BDA könnte größer sein, da muss man eine Lupe nehmen!
Fazit: Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

I bought this front and rear view camera nearly 2 years ago and its worked really well until latley the rear camera stopped working. I emailed for advice and they asked for proof of purchase and sn number then shipped out a new camera. All resolved in a say!!! Great customer service

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that is actually helpful and making sure you’re completely satisfied with their products. Ive had a wolfbox camera for a couple of years now, but recently the hinge on my back camera had rusted off due to the rain, I got in touch with wolfbox, fully prepared to purchase a replacement. After providing them with the details they required they had sent me a new back camera!! Not only where the email replies swift, they got the issue sorted for me so quickly and within a few days the camera has already been delivered. It's a great product and the customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend

I bought a Wolfbox MF100 air duster from Amazon last year and it's been absolutely great. Truly the first gas-free air duster I've found actually works practically.
A few days ago I dropped it and the tip broke off. I contacted Wolfbox to ask where I could buy a replacement (it was entirely my fault) and they sent me a new pack of tips, not just the tip I needed but the whole pack!
This is excellent customer service, well beyond what I was expecting!

I recently bought the WOLFBOX G900PRO.The screen is super clear and easy to use, and it has completely replaced my original rearview mirror. I didn’t expect to rely on it this much, but now I can’t imagine going back.
On top of that, I have to say WOLFBOX has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were quick to respond, helpful

I purchased a dashcam from WolfBox in December. Great product and good quality. The cigarette lighter power plug broke this week. I contacted their customer service and spoke to Mark, who was friendly and customer focused. He arranged for a new power lead to be sent out, and I received it within 3 days. I can't fault the service of this company! It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that actually cares. Thank you.

Just purchased the G900 TriPro Dash Cam. I have been emailing Mark at WolfBox Customer service at 05:30 US CST. Fantastic response times, very , very helpful. I WISH other suppliers could be as informative and offer quick responses. Great SERVICE!!!!!!!

I had my Wolfbox pro 900 for a few months when it started jumping from front to back camera on the display. I emailed them and they had me try to update the software. I was getting it so I called a couple of times and they walked me through it. That didn’t work so they sent me right out a new rear camera and new cable. I third the camera first then the cable. Neither worked so they sent me right out a whole new unit. That worked. They responded to emails within a couple of hours usually. Even on Sunday.
I understand things aren’t always perfect but their customer service was unbeatable.
