Customer focused
Found this company to be very customer focused. Had to contact them due to a problem with one of the tunics I ordered and it was all dealt with as quickly as possible. Very good customer care.

Have bought a couple of things from here usually very good and very happy with items love them
Bought a top in sale when arrived was very poor so returned waiting to hear back from them

Wolfairy deserves five stars
Wolfairy sells reasonably priced, comfortable clothing which is ideal for the larger lady; they really understand their customers' needs. As well as solid colour wardrobe staples there are also garments which lean towards the "just that bit different" (my area of interest). The dispatch times are fast and communication first rate. I haven't had to use their customer services yet but I am confident they would match up to their 5* rating.

Service is 5star my order came within a few days the quality was good I’m afraid the top did not fit me sending it back was easy I’m sure my refund will follow quickly I would certainly buy from this site again
