Ich habe mir die FrischKorn Vollkornmühle gekauft, um mein eigenes Brot aus frisch gemahlenem Getreide zu backen. Die Mühle arbeitet erstaunlich schnell und das Mehl wird wunderbar fein, genau wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Auch Kaffeebohnen lassen sich problemlos mahlen. Das Gerät sieht zudem in der Küche sehr hochwertig aus. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass sie während des Betriebs ziemlich laut ist, was am frühen Morgen etwas störend sein kann. Dennoch bin ich von der Qualität und dem Mahlergebnis absolut begeistert.

Everything still needs drying afterward, especially the hinges where droplets remain. Seeing the grime left in the water was slightly embarrassing, and I now run a batch every couple of weeks.

Ich habe den KraftKnack bestellt, weil wir zur Weihnachtszeit immer wahnsinnig viele Walnüsse aus dem Garten haben und mein alter Nussknacker kaputt ging. Dieses Modell ist wirklich sehr massiv und die rutschfeste Beschichtung liegt super in der Hand. Man braucht kaum Kraftaufwand, um selbst die härtesten Schalen zu knacken, ohne dass der Kern komplett zerquetscht wird. Das Einzige, was mir aufgefallen ist, ist, dass er für sehr kleine Haselnüsse manchmal nicht ganz schließt und man sie etwas umständlich positionieren muss. Trotzdem ein wirklich tolles Küchenwerkzeug.
