This was the perfect end to years of wanting then taking the leap.
I had the FUE treatment, the communication throughout was second to none.
The entire team were helpful and made me feel really at ease.
Doctor Rogers, a true professional with the full respect of the team, a team of 4 possibly 5 very welcoming ladies, happy to engage in conversation to make the day go smoothly, but also allowing silince without an awkwardness.
The advice on departure was brilliant and a follow up email for immediate advice offered over the weekend if needed.
I cannot recommend highly enough, thank you to James also, for the communication throughout.

Friendly and informative team. Definitely recommend. The day went like clockwork. The whole experience was geared to ensure I was at the centre of everyone’s care. The clinic booked only me on the day and this meant a day which was not rushed and all care was concentrated on my treatment.

Everything about these guys was outstanding. From the consultation to the procedure and after care. The staff are friendly, talk you through everything and make you feel really comfortable! The end result was incredible and I’m super happy with the work that was carried out.

Very impressed. The day of treatment went extremely well & you felt really well looked after from start to finish. Dr Sebastian & his team were simply amazing. The pre op & post op process was explained clearly. The only negative comment I would give was that I would’ve expected more interaction after the operation. HOWEVER, on saying that, I did email them on day 4 with photo’s just to check & be reassured that everything was healing correctly & going to plan? They emailed me back within 12 hours with a positive response to my pictures and gave further advice on continued aftercare. I do feel that I can get hold of them if need be should I have any problems or concerns. Thank you again team.

Having toyed with the idea of having a hair transplant for many years I finally decided to take the plunge at Westminster Medical Group. I would like to thank the WMG team on Harley Street for all their patience and care. Last year I underwent an FUE hair transplant and am incredibly happy with the result. Highly recommended clinic! The company's reputation speaks for itself. From the day I contacted Westminster Medical Group, everybody made it such an easy experience to go through.

Compared to other consultations I had on Harley Street, I never felt rushed in The Westminster Medical Group. Both the consultant and the surgeon took time to answer all my questions thoroughly which made me feel like they just weren't out to get the money but really cared about their work and patients.

They took great care of me before, during and after the surgery.

I was nervous on the day of the surgery but everybody was knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they really want to help just by the way they interact with you. The caring technicians shaved my hair, where necessary, and Dr. Sebastian marked the areas where he wanted to place and extract grafts from and showed me everything in the mirror to listen to my preferences.

He was also distracting me with occasional jokes whilst numbing the area to overcome my needle phobia for which I am really thankful!

The whole team was concerned with my comfort. They asked me throughout the procedure to numb any areas where anaesthetic might wear off. Before Dr. Sebastian did anything he explained it to me first which really put me at ease.

The extraction process was painless and it was just a mild vibration I could feel from the electric punch. Despite my nervosity, I actually didn't experience any discomfort.

I was given my lunch during the break and taken to the patient area so I could relax and enjoy some privacy before planting which I really appreciated back then. They kept checking on me to make sure everything was ok. I find this approach extremely warm and friendly. It was all about me that day!

I chose Westminster Medical Group mainly because of expertise and reputable surgeons. I found the surgical team to be highly qualified, extremely professional and skilled in what they do. Excellent care and personal touch sets Westminster Medical Group apart from many that think more commercially.

You lose neither your faith nor your money when visiting the Westminster Clinic for an honest opinion on how to solve your problem. Experienced and understanding Mr.James, the Consultant, is only interested in helping the anxious and at times, desperate clients. He listens with patients and gives his verdict that may make no money for him but earns your trust in him. A more sincere person will be difficult to find.
Just to consult him is, in it self, the perfect answer to ones difficulties.

I have to say this was a fantastic experience overall. I'm very pleased with my new hairline! The procedure was a total breeze all in all, I really don't know why I was dreading it!!! The hardest part was waiting for the hair to actually grow following the procedure, and patience isn't my forte sadly! It takes a good 4-6 months before you see a difference. I'm well over one year now after having it done and I've actually got my quiff back again! Its only been missing for 20 years!!! Big thanks to the whole team on Harley St!

Clinic is in a nice building, newly refurbished in Harley street, the well renowned London medical area, close to tube stations and car park, had no problem getting there in the morning.
