This customer demanded we reduce the price of a gaming PC, for no other reason other than threatening to leave us bad reviews if we do not comply.
After explaining that this is not possible, the customer used several very offensive profanities in multiple emails, so we had no choice but to block them.
Using bad ratings as blackmail should not be allowed on the Trustpilot platform. We have provided email screenshots to Trustpilot but they have been unable to remove this review.
