I haven't received my eye mask
I haven't received my eye mask; but so far it hasn't been a good experience. This mask was recommended by my ophthalmologist for severe dry eyes. I ordered it through their website instead of a third party vendor. I ordered it on 4/21, received a confirmation email that day. Nothing since then. The tracking didn't show that it was shipped. There was no communication that it was on backorder (when I ordered, it said it was in stock) and the website had said standard shipping was 3-4 days. Today (5/1) call and leave a voicemail because no one picked up their number and then I email them to ask about my order. I get a response very quickly "shipping today" - that's it. Literally 2 words. No explanation, no apology. Really strange. I hope the mask works and it really has been shipped. Even though the email that said "shipping today" was sent about 3 hours ago, the tracking through Shop app said it's still waiting for information from the sender so I can't track it. I suppose it's based on the West Coast so it wasn't picked up by the shipper yet? But how would I know since Wizard Research doesn't believe in communicating much information with their customers.
