I ordered the sun glasses on 19th of July for 10 working days delivery. Got email from them on 10th working day that your order has been cancelled as they do not have item in stock. I am disappointed because it took them more then 10 days to figure out that item ordered is not in stock and they have been sitting on my money for all these days.

Please be reminded that we have spoken with you regarding this matter and confirm that you were notified before the 10 day period that a matter had occurred outside of our control which unfortunately led to the cancellation of your order. As advised, and as per our delivery conditions, on occasions situations will arise that fall outside of our control where we are unable to deliver the item to you. We will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative pair of sunglasses or advise that we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
As the alternative colour we offered you was rejected, you we provided with a full refund. We apologise again for you disappointment.
