I have ordered multiple times from this korean shop, wince 2019, before it was known in Europe.

Deliveries were always complete and well-packed. Delivery with DHL was quick and smooth, paid VAT online and received the package next day.

I love all products from the Wishtrend and orher brands they re selling: dear klairs, cosrx!

Never had any troubles

I received my order with missing items, was charged double VAT, and despite multiple attempts, customer service never responded. Their email is no longer functional. Extremely disappointing experience – I would not recommend this seller.

I placed an order on 18th November and the parcel arrived from S. Korea to the UK on 25th November, so it’s super fast! Nothing is missing. My order was $114 and I didn’t pay any additional customs charges. It was my first order with Wishtrend so I don’t know if I’ve been lucky considering the amount of negative reviews.

Ordered 2 products

10 green tea face wash and 35 dear klairs vitamin drops.

They declared the whole order value to customs and I paid it.

Order turned up minus the 35 dear klairs.

I’ve spent £360 + £80 customs and received about £80 stock

They ignore my emails about it and won’t help. Bank has been notified to do a charge back.

Wish I could write zero. A total scam. Ordered and paid by PayPal for an Xmas present. Two months later and nothing. Reached out and they acknowledged not sending due to not receiving payment and asked for proof of payment transaction. When this was sent they ghosted me. Case opened with PayPal and they didn't even respond. Got my refund but would never use them again.

I have reached out since early December 2023. I have provided the delivery address to reship the missing parcel multiple times and on 19/12/2023 they messaged to just monitor the tracking number. But until now 15/1/2024, I received nothing for the new shipment details. I have been emailing and sending DM to their IG and FB account but no response too.

Please avoid Wishtrend as much as possible, they also treat their influencers terribly. They have high shipping costs and they use influencers to promote their products and then suspend their accounts for no reason. Stick to YesStyle or Stylevana.

I'm a recurring Wishtrend Customer. Since my first order, they have not disappointed. I love the quality of the products. They are packaged with care and delivered quick (specially coming from abroad). The products work AMAZING! I have not had any adverse or allergic reactions to anything that I've tried. In fact I keep getting compliments on my skin, how smooth, soft, and fresh it looks. No regrets, and as long as they upkeep this kind of quality and customer service, I am a fan and customer for life.

Products received leaked out. Many reviews indicated of this leakage issue but Wishtrend doesn’t seem to be bothered to improve. I specifically messaged them right after my order to ask for assurance that there will be no leakage -no reply at all. Even when after receiving products and showed photos, they continued to ignore. One of the worst online sellers I’ve come across which I will strike them off my list!

I've been using wishtrend now for a few months and I've never had any issues with customs or tax. my packages have always arrived on time and their have been no issues with unexpected fee's etc. I tend to keep my perches under £100 if I can because anything over £125 WILL get taxed etc so that's something to bare in mind. I think allot of people don't actually research into their country's import and export law's so that can throw up allot of issues down the line. it's not the fault of the company and they do ask you to check before hand.

Having said all this at the moment the shipping fee is a little on the pricey side, but that's because they only offer expedited shipping due to covid. this does mean you can check (stalk) your order as it make's it way to you and you'll have the option to be alerted for day of delivery and if needed a no contact drop off where you can have your order left somewhere safe. I'm hoping that as thing's get back to normal, normal shipping will once again be offered because thou $25 isn't massively expensive it is on the pricey side if your on a budget.

Now, to the product's. I've found them to be excellent to the tune of I don't use anything else now. I've suffered with problem skin for a long time and thou the site isn't massively flooded with products what they have is high quality and excellent. their products work once you find what works for you and if your a bit savvy you will rarely pay full price for anything. they have deals and offer's on all the time and it is worth signing up for their email alerts.

I also found the site extremely helpful for advice and how to video's. I've started to take more care with my skin and it's paying off. they show you have to get the most from their products and for me most importantly they show you how to use them as well. their's usually a few ways in which you can use their product's and some of them you can combine as well which is nice to know. They offer allot of help and advice especially for novices and people new to skincare.

The best bit thou is that the company is vegan friendly and absolutely 100% cruelty free. This really does shine thru in their product's and as well as all that I've noticed that the company actually listen to what their customer's wants and strive to adapt their product's to fit the needs of their buyer's.

I've yet to have a bad experience with them and overall I can highly recommend them and their product's.

Just remember to check your country's import and export laws as well as costume's polices for oversea's product's.

I rarely write reviews but try to when I think credit is due especially when a lot of the other reviews are negative.

My experience with Wishtrend was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and I could kick myself for not shopping with them sooner.

I ordered on Saturday at 7pm and have my delivery with me Thursday 11am compared to usually waiting a lifetime for YesStyle (no shade thrown as YesStyle’s product selection is flipping awesome). My tracking from DHL was really detailed and I could see all the steps as it left South Korea, entered Germany and then entered the UK.

I read all 55 reviews on here before I ordered from Wishtrend and nearly all of them are bad. I was convinced my products would get lost and customer services wouldn’t help me or that I’d have to pay extortionate costs in customs fees. Also, mid shipping process I researched DHL and found out that it’s policy NOT TO have liquids in their parcel system. SO OBVIOUSLY I THEN FREAK OUT ABOUT ALL MY PRECIOUS TONERS AND ESSENCES THAT MAY GET SEIZED OR DESTROYED.

NONE OF THIS HAPPENED.

I purchased an I’m from Mugwort brand package that had 40% off plus the I’m from rice toner. My order was $93.26 after using a promo code and some points, but totalled $118.26 when you included the $25 expedited shipping. I live in the UK so this amounted to £86.15 taken from my bank. These exact same products would have cost me £128 on YesStyle (calculated today, but I’ve seen the products more expensive on other days). I have saved myself a little over £40 which I am pleased with.

Whilst Wishtrend doesn’t have the biggest selection of products, I do think it’s a very good site for certain brands - and especially great when they have brand packages and flash sales (at the moment, they have a buy one get one free flash sale plus a 20% off a purchase of $180).

I did some research for those living in the UK (this can easily be found by searching HMRC tax and customs for goods sent from abroad) and found that firstly, you do not have to pay tax and duty to the delivery company if your goods are worth LESS THAN £135.
Second, Wishtrend already collects VAT on products, this isn’t added on as a charge with the delivery company.
Third, customs duty - you are charged customs duty on all goods sent from outside the UK if they are worth MORE THAN £135. If you are charged customs duty, you have to pay it on both the price paid for the goods and also the postage, packaging and insurance.

So, lesson learned? I know it’s hard guys but KEEP YOUR PURCHASE UNDER £135. Keep it under £125 just to be on the safe side. Do multiple purchases with a day inbetween or something like that.

Anyway, great experience and I’ll definitely be shopping again when they have deals on my favourite product collections.

Some people already said but beware of the custom fees when ordering from Wishtrend. I live in the EU but unfortunately I was required to pay for custom fees. This is the first time it happens to me since I ordered a lot from them before. I think this will be the last time I do because for the price it is not worth it.

Not worth it, buy directly from Korean skincare online store, cheaper shipping so if you got hit with the custom fees will not cost that much. Wishtrend uses DHL, charged a higher shipping fees and then DHL will charge you another fees for them to clear custom for your package. Unless you are in the US, otherwise don't buy from them. Buyer beware!

Wishtrend accidentally sent me someone else's order! I emailed them about this and got a quick reply back with an apology and then my correct order. This was a couple of years ago though, so customer experience may be better or worse now.

Very good company, I like their website design and layout! Good amount of information available and good decent products. Did pay an unecessary amount of VAT which I have not encountered with other companies before, not sure why but I do not believe it's by Wishtrend's own choice.

Good products only downside is that you pay like a ridiculous amount of vat and import tax which is not worth it in my opinion so watch out everyone

Knock on wood, but so far, any items I’ve ordered from Wishtrend haven’t given me any issues. I do have a package on the way to me as I write this review so it may change. Lucky me I have a good turnaround when I’ve ordered and I get it pretty quickly. I’ve also always liked how they’ll throw in little trial sizes of their products for me to try out. Kind of worried reading other people’s reviews about the changes to customs’ policies so I may have to put international orders on hold until further notice 🙁

Wishtrend is amazing, they sell my favorite products often at a discount bundle.
The only downside is the customs. I've ordered 3 times and everytime I get customs fees, which are no joke. 1/3rd of the order amount.
So for orders around $150 prepare to smack down another $50 on average (netherlands)

My latest order was $249, customs were $74.

So I'd advise to only order if they sell products at a 40% discount at least, which happens often so it's all good.
But really, the customs are unfortunate.

I went to the Wishtrend website and my anti-virus software popped up warning me that they just blocked a credit card stealing malware that tried to load itself onto my computer. Apparently Wishtrend doesn't know about the malware infecting their site, otherwise they'd shut that s**t down. BEWARE!
