Steer clear, placed order 27th November, as soon as receipt came through (immediately) I emailed to cancel as it was from a Chinese company. They said order had already been shipped!! Have emailed continuously to try and cancel order and get money back, just keep getting fobbed off. Wish I'd read reviews before I'd placed my order. Raising a case through PayPal now.

It is now 4 weeks to await the order and I have been told it will at least another two weeks even though it is supposed to be in the uk. Can anyone give me some advice I think this is a scam

No sign of my delivery. I contacted customer services and they said they don’t track parcels so could not tell me when my order will arrive. This was advertised over Facebook- think this is a scam.

This is an American based firm, and did not declare this or extra tax to be paid, order item on 30th Nov.... still nothing delivered...

Hidd the fact they were American and not UK based.. Looked all over the order page. No way this is going to arrive in under 7 days for Christmas... Really feel cheated.. Would have ordered this from UK firm had I had the chance

Ordered two towels for our Lab and now thinking that I have been scammed. This was ordered on the 24th November and several messages saying in transit. The site appeared to be UK based but obviously not . I need my money back now. Very disappointed and very very misleading.

Beware of hidden charges added that are not disclosed. I discovered that a "tax" was added to the total amount paid, I contacted them immediately but hours later have not had a response. Their T+C's say you can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. I contacted them 5 minutes after placing the order to cancel after the total paid was more than the cost of the item. They say cant cancel as item already been dispatched. despite several emails they ignore your questions completely and say cannot cancel item already sent. Fraudulent company AVOID!!!

I bought a dog towel and the price stated & confirmed was £20. 99.when I paid I'd been charged £25.99. Allegedly for customs. Nowhere did it state that tax was to be added. I tried to cancel the order but this apparantly could not be done ! BEWARE of additional charges!!

Bought some coats for my pets, charged some tax. Connected Paypal at once, and also emailed them, got a good reply. It said hat the tax was charged by the government for International order randomly. Wishislands returned part of the tax and gave me a discount. I accepted their compensation. The coats work perfectly, so I still want some, with the discount it's good price

I ordered some bathtubes for my boys. My little dogs love mud and we live in country side so needs baths alot. Summers fine, drys off in the garden but winter with their long coats even after I've rubbed them like mad with towel they very wet for ages...have used hairdryer on tehm which they like lol. But tehy go crazy when wet and rub all along the carpet has a roll on chairs . So this isnt a coat for walking for warmth it's a towel that's more absorbent then normal to put on after baths, water etc. Work really great! highly recommended

Beware. Item will cost more than you expect…..I have just ordered a dog coat and paid £18.99 with Paypal. My Wishislands invoice did not match the Paypal charge - tax of £3.80 was added. The Paypal transaction was with a company whose name showed in Chinese lettering. I queried the discrepancy with them, and got the following reply. Well them done them for replying, but beware!
