False advertisement
False advertisement. I paid for next day and even read the terms and conditions and adjusted for 30 hour average delivery. I never received an email or notification of my video being completed. I messaged them the next day twice and received no response. When I finally got a response 9 days later, customer service would only refund me my next day service payment. A Mother’s Day wish does me no good when it’s 9 days late and I don’t receive a response to my inquiry for a refund request due to not receiving my video.
Before someone from Wishes says they have proof that my video was sent to me, I also have proof of my 3 attempts in asking for a status of my video.

First and foremost, I want to personally apologize for your experience. I’m the owner of WishesMadeVisual, and after reviewing your case thoroughly, I completely understand your frustration and disappointment—especially given that your Mother’s Day video was time-sensitive and meaningful.
You were right to expect timely delivery and clear communication. We fell short on both, and for that, I am truly sorry. This is not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have.

The first video they came off very annoyed to do it and you can see them rolling their eyes but they redeemed themselves with the reshoot
