Withdrawal of Money

I created my account on January 18 and uploaded my ID for verification as required. After that, I was able to deposit money and place sports bets without any restrictions. On January 26, I won a large bet (933.88 USD), but when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I was told that my account had not yet been verified.
I contacted customer support, who informed me that while they would verify my account, the winnings would be voided and I would only be refunded the amount I originally staked. This is highly unprofessional, as most betting sites do not allow users to deposit funds unless their accounts are fully verified. Since I was able to deposit money for several days, I reasonably believed that my account had already been verified.
I have since tried contacting them via email and WhatsApp to help resolve this situation and allow me to withdraw the money I won but have received no response. It is extremely disappointing to lose such a rare winning opportunity in this manner.

This is my favorite site .. many years ago we are together, the winning chances is so much bigger than all sites.
But i have some complains:

2.no need to cut 10% from my withdraw

I win twice and withdraw that was a month ago I like the website and everything is amazing but I didn’t win since a month and I play daily I deposited mor than 5k dollars and I withdraw only 400 dollars at least I need a bonuses or vouchers overall the website is amazing and honest thanka

They are scammer, don`t pay when you win.

I play and win, they say they will refund the deposit, I accept but they block me and take the money

Plus you have the nerve to say that you paid a bunch of thieves. If it's true leave a capture of the payment
