Just had a lovely man call me about life insurance. Talked me through everything and made sure it was affordable for me. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Jordan Fellows. He even took the time to listen to my reasons for wanting to put life insurance in place. Couldn't be happier and he has made my day a little better 😳

I spoke with Sam Babdul this morning and he couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful.
It was a master class in pointing me in the direction of the best current policy for my needs. He asked the questions that he needed to in a relaxed manner, which changed the usual call centre experience, to a pleasant conversation.

Jeremy, the advisor I dealt with, was a great help at making the whole process of getting cover as simple and comfortable as possible. Talking about planning for death and funerals is never easy, but he listened and was always sympathetic to my needs.

Jeremy was very patient with the fact it took me a few weeks to be ready to complete my application, and nothing ever seemed a bother to him. Would wholeheartedly recommend Winston to anyone looking into Over-50s life insurance.

Hi just taken out life Insurance with Winston would just like to say how easy it was...and processed quickly and a friendly person to speak to was great...got hubby to join too...and then left me alone unlike others how harass me all the time...great service would highly recommend them.
