So bad casino, they nor asking nothing when you deposit, but asking for everything when you want withdrawal. And withdrawal waiting for approve over then 5 days, they just hope you calncel you withdrawal, because buttom "cancel" is active always :D

So I’ll break it down, I’m signed up to Gamstop, and had had a few drinks and fancied a flutter, winstler popped up after a quick search. Don’t moan if you made the stupid mistake on any gambling site of agreeing to bonuses, play straight, know what docs you need and you will be paid. The live chat is helpful, and they do have access to most slots/providers, is it perfect? No. Is it a scam? Definitely not.

This is one of the best casino's I have played at, simply the games and bonuses they offer are unique. The weekend coming up I will be playing all day here only, I recommend it with both hands to everyone.

Provided everything they have asked for to verify my account, but still not verified after trying for 2 weeks. I've had a withdrawal sat there doing nothing for a week and a half. It feels like I'm not going to see that money and they are waiting for me to cancel the withdrawal and lose it before they verify my account.

Bonjour l'expérience avec cette plateforme est des plus horrible je me suis inscrit peu de temps après j'ai gagné un peu d'argent 1500 euros. C'est à ce moment que mes ennuis on commencé dans un premier temps ils ont voulu quelques documents pour valider mon compte et mes retraits après l'envoi de plusieurs documents rejetés et lorsqu ils ont eut tous les documents qui leurs convenait ils ne m ont plus répondu durant 4 jours afin que je rejoue mes gains choses qui n'est pas arrivé ils ont fini par validé mon compte puis ils ont revenu quelques jours plus tard en rejetant mes demandes de retraits et en confisquant mes gains avec de fausses accusations dont personnes ne me donnent la preuve. Ils l'accusent d'avoir placé des mises supérieurs a 2 euros alors que je disposais d'un bonus Wagner cependant dans mon profil aucun historique de dépôt, de bonus,de mise ou de gains lorsque je demande des explications je reste sans réponse à mes mails ils m'ont même volontairement banni de leur tchat.
Un conseil ne déposer pas un euros sur leurs site car se sont des menteurs et des voleurs ils acceptent votre argent tant que vous perdez mais lorsque vous gagnez c'est une tout autre histoire ils ne payent pas vos gains.

Awful company, happy to let you spend thousands of pounds and lose with out asking where the money comes from as soon as you win they want every detail about bank account ect.ect which is fine as all companies do that but why not ask before you can deposit?? Then finally when you do win and try take the money out ! God .. I withdrew 1500 it was pending for 3 days untill I’m then told oh max withdrawal is 1000 please cancel and do 2 separate withdrawals .. which then sits pending for a week i with drew my money over 8 days ago still no sign of it … and dont bother with customer services takes them 3/4 days just to get back to you with a scripted reply that don’t help at all !! Took me 5 emails just to get them to shut my account down … if you like playing casinos avoid this one truly awful

They took out more money from my account without permission and will not answer emails or chat so having to go through bank to dispute payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO !! SCAMMER ALERT !!

Don’t go near this site and ignore any positive reviews as obviously made up. They give absolutely nothing back and even if I did win something I bet they would make it as difficult as possible to withdraw. Stay away and save your money!

AVOID this site worst site ever,I won 500,and it took me three weeks to get my winnings after spending a fair few hundred to win it,I opened account,this site allowed me to keep depositing until I had a win and wanted verification,most sites ask for ID before your allowed to deposit,not this site,I didn’t realise there based in the carribean,anyway I couldn’t send ID through my original email address on my old mobile phone so they would not release the funds I asked if I could change my email address and do from my iPad I had to write and ask permission,uk sites will do this for you I emailed them everyday for three weeks they made it as difficult as possible for me hoping I would give up,saying my winnings withdrawal had failed to my bank as it asked for my initials as it was on my card, they then said your full name I eventually got my money after nearly a month but also be aware I didn’t get 500 winnings I ended up with 423.00 as it’s euros,I closed my account they are by far the worst site I have ever used and customer service terrible,emails everyday were so frustrating do not use these foreign sites AVOID at all costs

Avoid!!!! All seems well at first I deposited £25 and managed to win a lovely £800.

Asked the team on live chat what the verification process and withdrawl process was. Sent off all my documents to verify my account and within 24 hours my account was verified and I was able to withdraw the money. I was told withdrawals may take up to 36 hours. Now I’ve used a lot of gambling sites but never have I used one where the withdrawl has to go through 3 processes. First of all you request the withdrawl, the status will be submitted, then around 36 hours later it turns from submitted to pending, at this point you can still cancel the withdrawl even though winstlar claim it’s been approved on their end…. Now once it’s pending they say it’s out of their hands now and over to the finance department for it to turn from pending to approved….. I was told all along
It will only take up to 36 hours no where did they said I would have to wait an additional time for it to turn from pending to approved…. So far I have waited a further 24 hours and it’s still pending. So a total of 3 days I have spent waiting for my money to be released and remeber all along I am able to ‘cancel the withdrawl’ I honestly think they wait to process it in hope you cancel the withdrawl and play with it and lose all your winnings. I don’t know if I’ll end up getting this money at all but atm I am feeling incredibly doubtful! Close this site now!!! And do not deposit!
