Totally an awful experience. No respect of a person. Firstly they confirmed the shift and when we reach the work they said we don't have work. They steal the money from worker's pay and when worker talk about the money they said to show proof which is impossible to take without the help of a staff member. worst company ever.

Not one for leaving reviews usually, but just wanted to leave a review here for people who have a similar experience to me.

I noticed a few reviews complaints about wagering requirements for the bonus, however this is clear in the terms when you sign up, it is quite an ask to complete the wagering requirements but doable, as experienced first hand.

What I wanted to pass on was my experience in withdrawing winnings. I had an extremely stressful week as I had £830 in my account by the time I had bet through my £3200 requirements. However winner initially wouldn’t release the money as cash until I was verified. The verification of documents is absolutely ridiculous and I made about 6 good attempts with different documents to get verified. However every time they would come back with an email saying they couldn’t accept my id but with no specific reason, so you don’t know what you need to do differently. Essentially what they want is only a photo of id and proof of address (NOT scanned or screen print), in colours, sent as a jpeg, not corners cuts off at all. When you send a pic of your card they suggest covering numbers but you can’t edit your photo, it must be a little price of paper over the numbers otherwise again they won’t accept them.

However, what I want to say is that eventually I did get paid out. After reading reviews on here of winner being a Maltese scamming company I really did panic, and pretty much wrote off them ever paying out, which meant I had the most stressful week trying to get this sorted. Just make sure you do everything possible they ask, and they do actually pay you, so I don’t believe it to be a complete scam. I wanted to write a review so people can see this, and put peoples minds at rest a little if they find themselves in the same situation as myself.

Showed them 4 identification to withdraw money and still won't pay me out. Worst sports betting experience ever! I have had to go down IBAS route to retrieve my money.

Very Very bad, stay away from this one. Almost impossible to fulfill the wagering requirements and if you do then trying to withdraw it is very very difficult if not immpossible and then they close your account for no reason and any money left in your account is stolen.
I advise everyone to stay away and all those who have been unfortunate to deal with these to report them to the gaming commission.

Ok guys having read all these reviews and seen all the bad that you have all gone through i decided to write my own review.. first off i have never had to verify myself with winner (electoral role and clearscore took care of all that for me automatically upon sign up) 2nd ive won thousands from them and always my money drops into my account 36 - 48 hours after ive withdrew which is not the fastest but quicker than some out there. I dont really do sports betting on there as i have sky for that but as far as slots go buffalo blitz is by far thrr best slot ive ever played and thats what keeps me winning and keeps me coming back for more.. those of you who are not on the electoral role or with credit agencys will have trouble verifiying your age and address so if this is something that bothers you then stay clear.. otherwise this company is well worth a punt

Ok, I have been dying to write this review. I only dare to do this when the money finally arrived in my bank account.

I signed up to winner in Jan 2017 because of their attractive welcome bonus. With 200 pounds in bonus, I followed the rules to roll it over 8 times and complete the challenge on the day which I guess few will forget. I bet Real and Barca both to win their champions league match. What a night when Barca turned the tie on PSG. After the matches, I quickly contact winner customer online chat service and confirmed that I satisfied all their conditions to withdraw the bonus. The reason I was worried because one of the rules is that 50% of your bet has to be on multiple.

The customer service confirmed I satisfied all regulations and transferred my bonus into cash account and ready to withdraw. This is where the nightmare begins.

In short, 6 email exchanges before my identity is verified. Each email takes an average of 4 working days before they reply. Then they tell you bit by bit what they want. IDs and statement cannot be scanned or cropped, driving license is not good enough when it clearly has my address on it.....

My wife thought I spent the money on some other girl. Cuz she watched and celebrated the football matches with me, so she knew how much I won........

After the documents team verified me, guess what! Their finance team send me an email asking for a photo of bank card or statement which I used to deposit money into winner, when I request a withdraw!
This is really stupid, you are paying back the where the money come from and it bears my name.

After reading reviews from here knowing accounts and money had been frozen or suspended after complaints, I did not complain to their customer service. I just log on every 2 days to follow up and get them to chase their colleagues with email reminders.

I am happy I finally can prove to my wife that our marriage is intact and there is no other "winner " outside of our house to spend our money.

To conclude, I am grateful for the money and the fun. But the cash out process and verification process is a nightmare.

Patience is needed if you want to be a winner!

Hi as anybody else experienced problems with getting ID verified? i have winnings in my account and i keep getting fobbed off, if i am wrong and i get a payment i will take this back. I have never had this problem before, it seem so odd.

I Deposited £10 into my account without accepting any bonuses.
I then played streak of luck slot and won the jackpot! This was £330.
So in the hopes of withdrawal I attempted to withdraw my winning but of course I encountered problems!!
First of all I was receiving an'error message' every time I tried to withdraw via PayPal.
I tried to contact live chat who were really unhelpful and kept dismissing the problem.
I Then contacted them by phone who told me to send in my documents through email to be verified. The last on the phone also told me in a very suspicious way to not touch the money in my account for the time being. Meanwhile my funds of £330 have been left in my account.
My documents have now been verified, so now I'm really happy thinking I can withdraw my balance!
I go onto my online winner account and I have a shocking £110 left in my account!
When accessing the transactions page on my account I see lots of fake failed deposits on my account which were NOT made by me.
I've now requested to withdraw £110 from my account and have been told that this will take 4 days, I doubt very much that I will receive my money!
I should be receiving my full jackpot win of £330 not £110 after they've stolen from me.
Disgusting scamming website, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WEBSITE.

Why didn't I check these reviews? Deposited £500 real cash received £300 bonus won £2900 would not allow me to withdraw even though I played through 20/30 times on high stake slots. Advised by a very rude woman in Asia who could hardly speak English and spoke like she was talking from a baked bean can that I need to deposit another £14,500 in order for me to withdraw and she began laughing.

Then I called back to complain and was told 'you very bad lady - I ban you' logged back in to see my balance at £0.00. Opened live chat and the minute I explained I wanted to close my account I was simply ignored and the chat ended.
