Liars and thieves

Claimed they had sent MY money, told me this several times. They then backtracked and said there was a 'security issue'. They didn't even send an email to let me know. Was lied to several times.

I love this site.. but the reason im only giving it 4 stars is because I withdrew my winnings and received them the next day no verification needed. I then deposited more and want to withdraw again but now they want to verify me which is fine but its over the 72hrs mark that they have in there terms and are now out of office until Monday. I want to carry on playing but i dont feel assured that i will receive my second withdrawal so until i do or if i do i wont be depositing no more.. i will update you all if I receive my second withdrawal.

UPDATE they have accepted my identity and proof of address they now want to see proof of bank statements of me depositing it from my account!! Its looking like they are trying every way to try and not pay out what a joke!

Good casino

I have to admit I was a bit worried after seeing all the reviews but I don’t see why this casino has got bad reviews,I played £20,won £100,withdrew them on the same day and they were in my bank the next day.This casino deserves a chance,is not as bad as everyone says.They don’t withhold your winnings as everyone says,that is a lie.Yes sometimes you need to upload documents to prove your identity but this is not the only casino in uk that sometimes requires that,let’s be serious guys.

I was happy with my experience and don’t believe all the bad reviews,is not actually a bad casino.

Fun selection of games and decent…

Fun selection of games and decent payouts whilst playing. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is the delay of my withdrawals I requested upon joining the site and winning yesterday morning. This is so far the only site I've joined that takes a day and an age to process withdrawals, so once (or if) these are approved, I probably won't be using the site again, as I'd like to receive my withdrawals as fast as they take the deposits, which is instantly.

Terrible customer service - don’t expect your money if you win!!

Deposited £1500 no problem, tried to withdraw £3,000 my account is then blocked from logging in. I have provided passport, driving license, wedding certificate, utility bill, bank card proof. Zero response from them. Noticed other reviews saying they expect bank statements after verification, I won’t be supplying these if that’s the issue as that is no business of theirs. Have spoken on the chat 3 times, they keep saying it is with the relevant department soon, it has been 8 days since I made the request. This is not good enough, I am part of many gambling sites, never have any issue once identification has been provided. The chat feature don’t have any answers just that it’s with “relevant department”. Deeply disappointed having to wait so long to withdraw money that is mine.
I will update this if I have my pay out today but if not i will be reporting to the gambling commissioner as it seems I am not the only one experiencing these issues. Username - lilhan0131
After calling them this afternoon they have informed me because I self excluded from a sister site, which I wasn’t aware of, that my winnings are void and they will be refunding the deposits but not the winnings. Surely this cannot be legal!

Avoid, avoid, avoid

So….Joined this site, was obviously online verified and went on to deposit £50, played through and lost. The following day I deposited a further £10 and made a small withdrawal (less than £20). This in itself was a near impossible task as navigating your way to the withdrawal page was annoyingly difficult!!.

Following day I receive an email asking for every form of I.D imaginable including very personal documents. Even have the downright cheek to ask me to send a photo of me holding my own I.D.

Subsequently find my account is now closed and inaccessible.

How about this Wink Slots. Before any customer deposits for the first time perhaps you can share with us your proof of income, proof of funds to show you have the means to pay out winnings, your CEO holding a copy of your UKGC license and a UK government tax return to show how much tax you’ve paid to operate a business in the UK. Latter part is obviously a joke as we’re all aware of your offshore tax fiddle.

You are a gaming company. I absolutely will not share any personal information with a useless bunch of charlatans such as yourselves. So keep my winnings, donate them to charity or add to your disgusting profits.

Resolver are useless with complaints. UKGC are as corrupt as yourselves and our own government. There seems to be no redress against scummy operators like you from genuine players and we are ultimately paying the price.

Shocking and desperately needs investigating to close this and many similar sites down.

As a long term online gambler I fully understand the upside and downfalls of any gambling an am certainly not a disgruntled gambler so my advice to anyone reading this is simply to avoid this site at all costs.

Upon further investigation I will now add that you are in breach of ‘Licence condition 17 - Customer identity verification. As listed on the gambling commission (UK) website and therefore may be subject to regulatory action.

They are trying to keep a good star review by reporting the reviews we do as having content containing harmful or illegal content!
Good to know this is not working as my review went back online lol.

Old Age Withdrawal Times

I actually really liked this site. Don't get me wrong I've deposited more than I've won, but that's the nature of gambling. First withdrawal of £300, took a day or so to process, I gathered because it's the 1st withdrawal verification checks etc need to happen, I get it. I always opt out of bonuses so my winnings are my own and this morning I made my second withdrawal. Hours later its still not processed and I've been told by customer services that the payments team who are responsible for processing withdrawals don't work weekends so I will need to wait until Tuesday for it to be processed. Really?! It's 2024, every other site available to gamble on operates 24/7 withdrawals and its instantly in your bank the moment you withdraw. Like Instant and now I'm being told once it's been processed it will be in my bank within 2-5 working days after that.
I'm sorry, but, I won't be playing on wink slots again once I wait 10 days for my withdrawal to be processed. It's absolutely ridiculous and the sad thing is for them, I was a profitable customer for them, I have always spent more than I've won. Never again unless they change their old age withdrawal times. It's something you expected to happen over 10 years ago!

Happy to change this review to 5 stars, as I've stated I enjoy playing on the site but not if I'm waiting until after the weekend for my withdrawal to be processed. Its an unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for winnings.

Update:
It's been more than 24 hours and the withdrawal is still not processed. Live chat has informed me withdrawals don't get processed on Sundays. Will update again tomorrow.

Further Update:

Sunday 3pm withdrawal approved but funds not sent. Says on the online account the withdrawal should be released within 1 business day. Will update when this happens.
