Absolute joke of a website.
More than awful communication, I have never known a website take so long to reply.
They have no problem taking your money, but when it comes to withdrawing they make it as difficult as possible & my account is now blocked.
I have provided all documents requested of me on the 28th of September & I am yet to have my account unblocked and receive my withdrawal.
The funny thing is, I submitted all of the same documents to their sister site 888ladies and my account is verified there, but because I’ve made a big withdrawal on winkslots (£3000) it’s taking a long time to verify & im not getting any response via email… funny that isn’t it!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Stick to the good websites like paddy power 👌🏽

I signed up to this account last week and on Saturday I won £3,000.00 I requested a withdrawal. On Sunday I then deposited another £200.00 and lost. On Monday i logged on to check the progress of withdrawal and it said I could not deposit or withdraw. A couple of hours later my account is blocked. I received an email advising they needed my id, card and bill. I have sent that and heard nothing back. I find it strange how once I requested a withdrawal my account is now blocked. Service so far is not good. I have emailed help and customer security.

Not a bad casino, won and lost fairly. I have a big problem with the process of creating an account, being allowed to make and account and deposit without verification is something I like. The problem being when you win..... you can put your money in and lose it without verification, but when you win and try to take you money out you have to be verified. How does that constitue fair gambling. I had a nice win and the withdrawal button doesn't even exist on the site unless you are fully verified but they are still allowed to take your money?! That is criminal, I chose the take a break option on my account after my win, but while you are on a break from "gambling", to protect "you" you can not access your account to verify it. This is another technique they use, knowing anyone that gambles is impolsive, to hope you will lose your balance once your account is unblocked.

You should not take deposits if you don't offer withdrawals as well. Simply not fair and should be made illegal by the UKGC rather than taking away auto spins, bouns buys and the 2.5 second rule

Well this site is not the worst but still total garbage!!
