BE WARNED: Fun until you win bigger amounts - withdrawals pending forever
Winhero is another casino from the Sapphire Summit group. Many of their casinos have bad reviews with many complaining about withdrawals being held for long periods of time.
When I started playing and payed out small amounts everything seemed fine. It took about 48 hours to get a payout.
Now that I won a larger amount (4000) they payed out only part of it within 48 hours and the other 2000 is pending since 30-3.
In emails they keep giving the same excuse of a high volume and that it's following some queue. There is no reason this has to take 6 days (and counting).
I will keep this review up-to-date and change it if payout actually happens.

Regarding your withdrawal — it was processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which state that withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) banking days and/or two (2) banking days after the last withdrawal request was paid out. However, these timeframes may occasionally vary due to payment provider delays, additional account verifications, or public holidays.
That said, as a VIP client, you received prioritized support. We have reviewed the actions and communication of your personal VIP manager, and we can confirm that on two occasions, your withdrawals were fast-tracked outside the regular queue thanks to her efforts.
