Hi Alessandro Iacovone from Rome, Italy. I collect airplane models since 1996 and i have 30.000 + models among 1:500, 1:400 and 1:200 scale. I have bought from all over the world: Germany, Holland, USA, Hong Kong, Japan but i never have bought by Wingsmo. Few days ago i decided to buy some models and, about Wingsmo, Just few words: REALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
1) Great communication
2) Great prices
3) Very fast preparation of the package and shipping
4) Perfect and safe package of the models inside the box
5) Models arrived in perfect conditions with no missing parts or broken parts
6) Having made two different orders, i had the refund of one of the shipping fee.
So, what to Say? PERFECT and SUGGESTED.

I recently landed an order for three 1/200 Hogan M- Series models.
Days ago I picked up my package and to my surprise one of the models came with the nose gear damaged and virtually removed from the airframe with as a result it falling apart.
I got in touch twice via email with the customer care team to let them know my predicament and neither occasion they dared get back in touch even to dispute my claim.
I want to remark the piece removed is not a number of detachable pieces any diecast model is made of but a minute piece already damaged when I received the model.
I couldn't feel more disgusted about the treatment received and sure I won't keep my collection growing upon wingsmo.
Being that much expensive with regard to other online stores they could at least listen to and address their customers claims and work to bring things to a reasonable settlement between parties.
Last time I spend my money on people not worth it.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande chez eux et j’ai toujours été très satisfait ! Large choix dans la boutique, les frais de ports restent minimes et la livraison est super rapide !
Lorsque j’ai eu un problème avec une maquette où il manquait une antenne, ils ont été très réactif en m’envoyant des antennes de secours!
Je recommande fortement !

Fast delivery and beautiful model !

One of the models I ordered on the website was damaged. I send 2 mails to customer service, and received no answer... I dont' recommend this webstie at all.
