Good quality, Easy to order. Easy to put together with the pre drilled holes. The only thing I wasn't sure exactly when it was coming. I was not in a hurry and it came in the 4-6 weeks they said but I didn't get a message it was being shipped.

the two wine racks were shipped without sufficient screws to assemble. it took almost 10 days to remedy the issue

Ordered 5 foot racks but received 4 foot racks!

Fits really well in my existing cellar. Well made. Easy to build. Looks great!

Received initial order not stained. Spacers between racks need to be wider because the opening for wine bottles does not accommodate ones that have a slightly larger bottom. Received stained pieces and stain appears to be applied quickly so stain is not even. Racks are like Lincoln Logs so not very sturdy. Overall disappointed in quality and design.

Wine rack arrived on time. Packages well with easy to put together instructions. The only downside was there were 3/4 small knots that had dried up and fallen out of the parts. Not a big problem just not a five star product.

I had been searching for a small wine rack to hold up to a dozen bottles of wine. I finally hit the jackpot when I found the Wine Bottle Matrix at wineracks.com. It fits perfectly in our dining room where there was a limited amount of space.

We received our order earlier than expected, it was packaged well and everything was perfect.

Rack arrived in great shape, assembly is easy, quality is good. Would be nice if a touch-up kit was included. Very happy with purchase.

I was excited to get the wine racks we ordered which were stained pine. I did not expect to have to almost completely re-stain the product and in several cases sand and re-stain.
The product for the most part had never been sanded during manufacturing and your quality control procedures need a serious overhaul.
I paid extra for staining and screw assembly, only to find that the screw holes were not stained and there were no cover caps for the screw holes.
When i inquired about the missing caps i was told that i should have not ordered screw assembly but rather left it as nail assembly.

A little pricy, but excellent work and look great!!

Your wine rack design, ordering, building, shipping, timeliness were all great.

Your assembly instructions could use some improvement. You should add a note to use pilot holes for screws. This keeps a hard wood from cracking. I should have thought of it myself but adding this step will prevent negative feedback in the future.

I did call to see about getting three horizontal spacer bars due to mine cracking. The customer service rep said you could do that and would turn it over to production team. I’ve heard nothing since and have not received any replacements. Hmmmm…

However, the rack design and functionality is great and they are being put to good use.
