Great customer service

I've ordered from WineOnline a couple of times now and the customer service is second to none. Any queries I had were answered immediately and Will was great for recommending different types of wines and gifts.
Great service to use especially if you are living abroad.

A little expensive

With the cost of postage added, I found this product, although it was what I wanted, to be a bit expensive for what it is.

I have used wine online regularly over…

I have used wine online regularly over the last 3 years.
On the most recent occasion and previously 6 bottles of the chosen wine were not available.

Because of delays caused previously when waiting for the chosen wine, the missing wine was substituted.

I was also told by Will at Wineonline, that I would receive a €30 voucher for my next purchase and unfortunately this has not materialised.

Happy wine buyer.

Very pleased with Wine onLine ,for their very good service and selection of white wines,which I particularly like. Also of note was the very helpful conversation on the phone with one of the wine team. I don’t always buy wine online, but I would recommend this company. Very pleased customer. C

Never dissapointed

Very rarely if ever disappointed with the wine and Will is great to bounce suggestions off and recommend wines for certain occasions which doesn't necessarily mean the most expensive. I don't really buy any wine from the big stores anymore.
