My 10/10 Moving Experience

Windy City Movers took an immense amount of weight off my shoulders. The process of moving is so difficult and stress inducing, but Windy City Movers helped make all of it easier. They accommodated my needs and fit my budget well. They even gave me tips that would make the move even smoother. The crew took good care of my furniture and I was impressed by how quickly they were moving all while being so careful. Admittedly, I was preparing for disappointment as I had been canceled on last minute by a different moving company in the past. However, Windy City Movers not only followed up with me in detail the day before, the crew also communicated their exact ETA and came fully prepared with their materials. I was truly impressed and I would recommend Windy City Movers to anyone looking to move. They really are professionals and pleasant people to work with.

Best movers in Chicago

I recently used Windy City Movers for my move, and they were awesome! The whole process—from getting a quick quote to unloading the last box—was smooth and totally stress-free.

peak efficiency! They showed up right on time, worked fast, and handled all my stuff with extra care (especially the fragile pieces). Plus, they were super friendly and happy to answer any questions along the way.

If you’re looking for a moving company you can actually trust, we highly recommend Windy City Movers. Best moving company in Chicago!

This was a very bad experience

This was a very bad experience, and I would not trust this company with anything valuable. Multiple items were damaged through careless handling, including a treadmill cover, two acacia wood drawers, and part of an IKEA dresser, causing about $500 in damage. After four months of waiting, the owner offered only around $90 and repeatedly made promises to pick up and fix the damaged treadmill cover, but never followed through. What scares me most is not just the damage, but the dishonesty, excuses, and complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on my experience, allowing this company into my home was a huge mistake, and I strongly warn others to stay far away.
