These folks have been terrific, given it has taken nearly 6 months to get windows installed that weren’t already damaged. We ordered 22 windows and half of them (11) showed up with compromised seals.... Leggi di più

Two week delay on our doors and 1 trim piece missing so front door will not have any trim for 4 weeks while we wait for trim to arrive. Door knobs were supposed to be silver, but we didn't catch this... Leggi di più

Everything went wrong before during and after.
While my partner and I were on vacation, we were getting calls to confirm our installation date, which was wrong. It took several calls to get that straightened out.
When we got our door delivered, the two men were on time, which was great, but when they called to say they were close, they asked for someone else. That should have been a clue. I introduced our partner and I and they went to work. They removed our old door, and I told them I'd be sitting out front if they had any questions. I get a call from my partner telling me to come in and look. They had installed a door that opened the opposite way, and they didn't even check with us. The office told us they're paid to install, so they installed.
The supervisor came over and said they'd have to order another door and would have to leave the wrong one in since they already went too far with it. He told them to make sure it was operational before they left. Well, it wasn't. The door closed, but it didn't lock. The screen wouldn't shut. Of course it was Friday, and we had to wedge it shut with what we could find, which was my cane. The supervisor came over on Monday to get my lock operational. I was given a time between 8 and 10, and I told Marissa I had a meeting at 10, so it's important that he got here before then. He calls at 10:25 and I told him I was in a meeting, but should be done in 20 minutes. He shows in about 20 minutes saying they know not to schedule him before 10. Tells me I'm not pushing the lock down all the way. He goes to get his tools and does something to it and magically I'm able to lock it because I apparently gained the knowledge of how to lock a simple screen door. (rolling eyes)
My salesperson, Dani, was great, and I felt like she was with me on my frustration. But it got worse.
The day our correct door was to be put in, the guy didn't have a helper, because he waited for him for 10 minutes and couldn't wake him up, so he left.
He got the door in, and he was nice enough, but the screen door still didn't close. He said he wasn't a "screen door guy" (wait...what??? This is a company installer?) so he called his supervisor. Again. Something about my wall being warped. (Then why does the regular door slide and close fine?)
He also leaves a 1 inch edge on the INSIDE that we had to spackle and paint. He said it was because the old frame wasn't the same as the new one. So naturally we're wondering if this thing was measured wrong, and what we're going to run into down the line. Now the outside, we were prepared that we'd have to paint that, no problem. But the inside gap repair? Yeah, no.
Supervisor comes over and can't get it to close. Goes back to the office, and comes back with another screen. This one has a ripped screen. But he installs it and it gets stuck. He couldn't open it from the outside and I couldn't open it from the inside. (He gives me the warped wall speech too.) He borrows a screwdriver (!) and gets it out. He goes back for a 3rd screen and this one not only closes, but it CLICKS locked. I didn't even know it was supposed to do that. What does he say? "Bonus!"
Good Lord. I had taken their sign off our yard because there's no way I could recommend them to anyone, and believe me I had been asked. I live in a condo.
So my salesperson was trying to get me an adjustment on my purchase. She asked me to send my story and all the pics to back up what happened.
I got an email from WN saying my balance was paid in full! That threw me for a loop. I was like Wow, they really DO do anything for 5 stars. But NOOOOO... My salesperson's manager's manager called to talk about financing. I said I recieived an email that my account was paid in full. He and I went back and forth about it, and he ended with, "If that's how you're going to play it", and I felt like I got punched in the gut. I shook with anger at his tone for the next two days.
I called my salesperson, and between her and the financy company, it appears that what he said was correct, but why did HE call me? If WN was paid, and it was the finance company's problem, it didn't make sense. Until my salesperson called back and said "I heard they gave you a $250 gift certificate." I'm like "first I've heard of it". Apparently THAT is what the guy was supposed to be discussing. But he started off with this "I heard you wanted half off and there's no way we can do that." (I never asked for half off, but they probably did on my behalf which tells you something.)
Another office person called me and told me about the #250 gift certificate and I said after all I went through it felt like a slap in the face. We paid almost $5000 for the exact door we could have had installed by Home Depot for $1700. We paid for professional, highly trained installers and staff. They honestly SHOULD have given us half off.
What did we end up with? A $500 COUPON! Like we'd ever use them again. ZERO

They guy's that came out we're very helpful with explaining the process and communication. They also told me about other things that we now need to look into fixing. They cleaned up. Everything looks so nice. Went over other windows need to be replaced This is where we will be going.

We were very satisfied with the product and our window installers were awesome. They were on time and got it done in 1 day instead of 2 days and they did it in the rain. They cleaned the job site, cleaned our new windows and very kind to us, and all the guys worked good together,,

These folks have been terrific, given it has taken nearly 6 months to get windows installed that weren’t already damaged. We ordered 22 windows and half of them (11) showed up with compromised seals. Window Nation worked hard to get new windows made and installed with no charge to us. A few windows are still having issues that haven’t been addressed yet, but they’re working hard to make everything right. The lifetime warranty makes any repairs needed free of charge to us, so I really enjoy working with a company who’s focused on their customers happiness. Even through manufacturing defects and headaches.

The original contact was good and the company's salesperson was exceptional. The wait for the windows was reasonable and making an appointment was simple. The windows are now in the installers were courteous and efficient. The windows are beautiful and I am glad I made the decision to do this even though many people tell me I paid too much. My issue is with the finish work. The windows are 3 front so it was necessary to use wood strips to to tie three together, unfortunately the crew used black nails to put white boards up and they did not fill the nail holes. Also the wood strips were partially painted on the front but not the sides. I called the company and they sent a employee out to check on the issue. I told him I would like to have the job finished, he said it is, we do not paint the trim our job is done. I am 78 years old and after spending $6,600 dollars I don't think I'm being unreasonable to feel I should not have to paint the trim myself. When did it become common place for companies to feel that the customers expectations were no longer important to satisfy.

I was very happy with the presentation and the installers but now realize I agreed to the caulking outside of window when maybe I should’ve asked more questions. At the time, I felt it was ok but now wonder if it will hold up for a seal as time goes by.

Company installed window that was not rated as highly for less solar heat transfer. Company is not wanting to replace and put in correct window.

They got out windows and our door done in a day, great service awesome. I would definitely recommend to others, and am very happy with the work that was done. Clean and efficient.

Worst experience ever! Damaged my walls since they installed from the inside instead of outside. Cut thru one of my house wires and shorted out part of my house. Worst caulking job i have ever seen. I will not be using them for my other 15 windows. Hired a contractor to fix everything they did.
