We purchased a new front door in April. We bought it so our front door would look nice for a wedding party for my son in early June. The door did not get installed until late July. The inside trim did not get installed because it didn’t arrive with the installers when they put in the door. We have been calling and calling to get this project finished. No one will call us back! We are so frustrated with the lack of follow through. It has now been 7 months and still the door is not finished. Do not work with this company because they don’t care if you are satisfied with their product.

Our windows and doors were scheduled to be done on May 2026. It is Aug 28 and it is not completed. They don't return phone calls. They are not interested in completing the project. We have to chase them. The slider door has a gap at the top and needs to be re-installed. There are trim pieces missing on the front door. Poor installation and very poor customer service. Very disappointed with them.

The windows are just like the sales man showed us. We had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get them. Not happy with the installation. Waiting for some one to come out and check them. The staff and working crew were polite and super nice!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The sales representative, Jeff, told us that our inside trim would be replaced as part of the project. When the installers arrived, they informed us that interior trim replacement was not included in the contract. Yes, I should have double-checked the paperwork, but I trusted the salesperson’s word, and that trust was completely misplaced.

We were also told that we could write off our new windows on our taxes, only to later find out that wasn’t true because the windows would have needed to be triple-pane to qualify. Another misleading statement.

The company also completely misled us on lead times. What we were originally told and what actually happened were nowhere close.

To make matters even worse, it has now been over a year since our windows were installed, and our final inspection still has not been completed. A year later, we are still dealing with unresolved issues.

Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. When issues arose, manager Lenny got involved, but that experience was just as frustrating. It honestly sounded like we woke him up at 1:00 in the afternoon, and there was little effort made to resolve our concerns.

This entire experience has left such a bad impression that I’m now hesitant to ever move forward with another home improvement company again. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, accurate timelines, and clear communication. Unfortunately, we received none of those things.

These are the nastiest, cheapest windows available, which is why they don't bring you out any to see. They want a LOT of money, and their "discounts" are just to help you think you got a good deal. They also use high pressure to speed up your decision. Don't let them do that. Pella or Anderson are better choices, if you Must get new windows. Marvin is best. Our in-home appointment was a waste of time. Respect yourself by contacting only reputable companies. Be sure to read the BBB report.

I will give a review when my windows are fixed.

This experience has not been positive and every time I tried to get answers there was always a different response. Hearing the bad experience of another purchaser of windows scares me to have windows installed and the price I am paying is higher than I was told it was going to be. Do not sign the contract until you read it all.

Constant problems with windows. Have come numerous times to fix issues and never resolved. Constant installation problems. The last time someone came to look at windows, on most of the windows there was no to little insulation so get ice on inside of and a lot of condensation on other windows. Not sure how such a basic part of installation could be missed. It appears to me Window Nation doesn’t use their own installers like I was told they would when purchasing windows. Pretty disappointed in overall experience with how much money was spent on windows. Just want issues resolved.

I noticed there was a gap in a few of windows, enough to move a flame. I opened a ticket. It took three weeks to get someone out here, and so far it’s been another three weeks since the tech was here, and no word on any fix.

The installer was great. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

It was a pleasant experience! Everything went smoothly and the window installer was very respectful and friendly.

While the windows look good and are better quality than the previous windows, the process and communications with most of window Nation team members was difficult. And the salesman lied about a number of items, including that he’d help if there were any issues (I’m here for you)… but after I signed the proposal, he was absent.

I was told, someone would call within a week to schedule a final measure, come out and do a precise measurement to ensure expert fit of windows. Then after windows were manufactured to size, they’d be installed by WN installers. Then after windows installers work only for WN and are specifically trained for their products.

They would spray the old windows with an anti-mold formula to ensure as they’re removed, no mold would become airborne. They use special insulation foams and caulks, not just products from Home Depot.

What really happened:

After more than a week, I called to finally get a measurement done.

The installer stated he installed windows for multiple companies, he was not a WN employee.

No anti-mold/anything was used on old windows prior or during removal.

The windows had significant gaps in the openings, in fact one of the windows had to be remeasured and remade… delaying the completion several more weeks.

Calling WN was always difficult as you get a call center in another state, and who are not helpful.

The windows installers were ok, worked diligently, but did what would be expected.

Only 1 WN employee was of any value and provided excellent service tome… Natalie R. She was great.

The installers were great and the windows look fantastic.

Both the salesman and the installer were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my new door. I would use Window Nation again and recommend to others.

It took a long time to get someone out to my home. I made many phone calls to get the appointment set up. I was unable to lock any of the windows.
The individual that came to my home today was very nice and helpful. He said that Window Nation will check on the window situation in the Spring. For now we will keep all the windows locked and follow up in Spring to see if we need additional work on the windows.

BUY LOCAL. This is a national corporation focused on profit, not customer satisfaction. After 3 months of spending multiple days and hours waiting for our installation to be completed the right way, I requested a partial refund to compensate us for our time and aggravation. Pablo, the MN branch manager, verbally agreed that we were due something back. The amount I requested not was unreasonable - it was more than fair. However, when time came to refund us, Pablo ghosted us, citing "staff shortages." When our case landed at corporate HQ in the "Escalation Department," corporate simply bounced it back to Pablo. We never received the small refund we requested. There is no one locally or at corporate that cares one iota about the customers, and their system is designed so you can never directly reach the person you need to talk to. There is no Vice President of Customer service, which speaks volumes. Apparently, no one in the "Escalation Department" cares that my case has never been resolved to my satisfaction. Window Nation simply doesn't care. They can afford to have an unsatisfied customer among its millions - but your local contractor can't. I regret not buying from a local contractor who relies on good reviews and satisfied customers.

The seller promised a different product than the one delivered, so the installation could not be completed, and I was charged the full service fee.
Unsatisfied with the quality and price, it is not worth it.

It started with the sales representative, Reagan Valenzuela. Very knowledgeable, right up front and pleasant to work with. The scheduler was very accommodating and pleasant.
Then there was the installers. They called ahead, letting us know they were on their way. They arrived on time. They Worked hard the entire time they were at our house, installed 9 windows and cleaned up after them selves. The lead installer walked us through the window operations. It was, from start to finish, a very streamlined experience. We highly recommend Window Nation and their associates.
