The install crew arrived right on time and got to work. They were very efficient and each one knew their job.
I was very happy with their work and the windows as well.

Because the windows look just great, and Dean was very professional. And I'm HAPPY!

They were very professional and had everything completed 2 weeks early. The installation was very good . Our installer really knew his job. After he was finished you couldn't tell he had been here, everything was cleaned up and removed. All in all a 5 star rati g for a job well done.

Work was ok but never received the trip promised

Our sales person was Michael Piekarski. His presentation was informative and thorough. He answered our questions. He explained the construction of the windows, why they are efficient and about the lifetime warranty (that is transferable once.) He emphasized that the installation crews are experienced (and they were.) After signing the contract we heard nothing further from him, although we did have contact with Bart Beard, the Sales Manager.

The installation crew, supervised by Randy, was terrific. They worked together like a fine watch. In seven and a half hours, they installed eleven new windows and three new doors. They cleaned up any debris and hauled the old windows and doors away. The crew was hardworking, courteous and conscientious. Randy answered our questions and demonstrated how the tilt-in and sliding operations worked and how to remove and insert the flexible screens.

I found care and maintenance information and videos on Vytex’s website. Vytex is the manufacturer of the windows, Window Nation installs and warranties the products.

The doors are made by ProVia and again, Window Nation installs and warranties the products. We were given warranty information, energy information and care instructions concerning the new doors along with touch-up paint for the future. The installation crew was diligent in getting the closures on the storm doors to close at just the right rate.

Our experience with the installation process and crew gets a five star rating.

As far as rating the products themselves, only time will tell, but we are anticipating five star performance from them as well.

Starting with the salesman, he done a great job selling the product and selling the service. The installation was smooth and efficient installers did a great job very pleased that I upgraded the window from the base model was able to tell a huge difference on sound transformation from outside .Windows look awesome work awesome glad I chose window nation.

The entire sales, estimation, measurement and installation process was professional. Everyone worked together as a team that resulted in a successful installation. Questions were promptly answered and we were consistently kept informed about the timeline.

The window is Beautiful. Was not sure what it was going to look like due to the Salesmans pitch. The installers where Outstanding and very informative. I think the sales staff needs to be more informative about the Product.

Took too long to try and schedule a service call, which was ridiculous. Fortunately our issue was minor and was resolved without a service call. Very disappointed in your process for scheduling service. If our issue had been more serious and we had to wait that long for someone to get here we would have been very unhappy with your company service.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with absolute professionalism. The most impressive part was the speed and minimal disruption to our household. The installers were efficient, organized, and clearly experts at their job, completing the replacement much faster than I anticipated. They were respectful of our space and went above and beyond to ensure our daily routine was barely affected.
They performed everything exactly as agreed upon in the contract, no surprise costs, no unexpected delays, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The new windows look absolutely fantastic and have immediately enhanced the curb appeal of our home. We can already feel a difference in noise reduction and temperature regulation.
