My service appointment with Window Nation-Cincinnati on 10/16/25 was exceptional. The agent called to say that he could come early, if ok. He arrived early, and went right to work. Explaining his work and chatting also. What a nice man, and a wonderful employee Window Nation has. It was an excellent service experience. Thank you.

I called because latch to pull window down to clean was stuck. The repair person came in checked the window, moved window up and down, and then tried latch and it worked! The repair person said they get stuck at times and this was how to fix it.
I then told him about my screen which was coming apart at the side ( the screen was 1 year old). I told him I filled out the warranty form to replace the screen and found out it would cost me $141.00 for shipping and handling (repair was free). The repair person called his boss and said his boss told him to take the screen and they would repair the screen and bring it back. I could not have asked for better service. The repair person was personable, helpful, and resolved my issues. Thank you Window Nation for the get service.

Workers were friendly and explained what they were going to do. Worked with me on letting dogs out through the day!!

From start to finish, everything went great! Our salesperson was amazing (shoutout Chuck!) and we were kept up-to-date along the way while the windows were being built. Everything was on time, installed in 1 day, and no issues. Thanks again for the great experience.

I had just gotten my new patio door, and my niece walked through the screen. I called the service department and asked how much it would cost for a new screen. "We will take care of that, free of charge was the response". The technician had the door fixed and back on the frame in 20 minutes. No charge! They take care of their customers, this is the second time they fixed something that was my fault for free! That is why I called them out for 2 different projects!

From the very beginning the appointment set for the salesperson to come out the installers everything was very professional very clean they even cleaned up my mess it just I was kind of tense about it they were some family issues going on and these guys came in and made this as painless as humanly possible I can't say enough I mean if I was going to buy a company I'd want to buy this one simply because of the way that the people work there very very professional and the installers are great I mean it just couldn't have been any easier in any less stressful than it was these guys are great I would never use anybody else and I mean that and I don't say don't give reviews that much but these guys out of this world I have no issues whatsoever with the time frame the the job they did the installers it just it's the whole package that makes this company work and and it and it works well it's rare that you see this in a company but I just can't say enough about how well this all went considering all the circumstances it could have been a disaster and they went out of their way to make it to make it I don't want to say perfect because but it was it was it was absolutely perfect from the beginning to end and I can't put into words how much this means to me and my family so so all the guys that window nation and installers and everybody from the bottom of my heart thank you

The installer were beyond courteous. They took the time to answer any of my questions and were very friendly. When they completed the job, they professionally cleaned up and left the house in perfect condition

The only reason why I’m giving it a medium rating is because the complications with the agreement settled on and the error which I am still trying to correct.

The installation crew was very curious, knowledgeable, and pristine in their craft. I felt completely secure with them.

The windows so far are installed well, windows all open and close, cocking in-site and out installed well.

I’m well pleased with the window installation. The crew had a positive attitude and answered all of our questions. They explained the process and I believe that they worked hard to complete the job as soon as possible.
We discussed the facts that there were No leaks to Any of my Old windows that were removed and They assured me that the New windows would be properly installed and sealed.
