Had a new front door fitted 2 years ago initially ok then wouldn’t close or lock, they did come out eventually and fixed yet had to come back again to fix. Since then noticed the draught seal is damaged in 3 places which I believe was damaged when trying to rectifying the initial repair. I have attempted to contact the owner Jamie Mead and the proprietor Mike Mead , since March this year to fix false promises and excuses and non attendance very disappointing. Emailed on the 19/7/26 no response still. My door is within its guarantee so where is the duty of care to your customers? Dreadful.

This got me does a good job on service. And they provided decent product. I bought 2 doors from them. The first store required a second visit to fix the problem. The second door required to business to fix the problem. The Madison Alabama location likes to use foreign labor as an American. I present to help out of that that's why they have a 3 rating but the doors once finally fixed perform as anticipated. I don't understand why they couldn't get a right on the first time. Because this is something they do every day. And there was nothing unusual about this installation.

Initial fitting of 3 x windows and new front door was ok, but front door requires adjustment. I have been trying to get them to come out since May last year, and after initial excuses I’m now being completely ignored; very disappointing after spending several thousand pounds with them. They have been given every opportunity to rectify before receiving this review, so I’m afraid they can’t be recommended.

One would have to say a really ,really positive experience with this company, that is of course IF :
-you don't mind your product not arriving on date
- if it is all the same to you that when it finally arrives and it is the wrong size
- if you have no problem receiving an agressive response when you point out the problems
- if you happily for another outfit to put it all right
- if you have money to waste with people who would look great wearing a Stetsons, then go ahead and hire these fine professionals and prepare for loads of entertainment that no-one needs.
Oh, how is a company, that went insolvent years ago still trading? I guess cash is alawasys an incentive to keep going.....

Would highly recommend window world as from the quote to the final installation they have been super helpful. Really good communication and very competitive price and really good quality windows.i am very pleased with the finished job.

Jamie and Dave visited my roof which had been leaking since fitted some 3 years ago (by another builder who had subsequently gone broke) !
Jamie was spot on with his assessment and since he has carried out the refitting and correct sealing, we have no leaks.

We would highly recommend window world, Jamie came and gave us a quote to replace our conservatory windows and put a new solid roof, he gave us an estimate of the timescales and stuck to that completely, they did an amazing job and we were thrilled with the end results, they also supplied and fitted a new front door which again is beautiful.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and to recommend them highly. Lovely local company 😁
