Εξυπηρέτηση Wind κα Νιώτη

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση απο την κα Κατερίνα Νιώτη. Αντιμετωπιζω βλάβη στη γραμμη μου και μου εδωσε αμεσα προσωρινή εξυπηρέτηση στο προβλημα και με πολυ διαθεση να με βοηθήσει στο προβλημα. Ειναι πολυ σημαντικο, οποιο κι αν ειναι το προβλημα, να υπαρχει καποιος απο την εταιρεία με τοση διαθεση να βοηθησει.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, inconsistent or none existent Wi-Fi and phone connection which goes off several times a day. No signal in many areas for mobile service, even in the city. I have just changed to Cosmote and Wind thinks I am going to pay over 200 euros for breaking a contract which they have never honoured. Stay away from WIND HELLAS, it's an unethical company which is unable to provide the services it advertises.

Terrible company, awful customer service.

This company and their customer service is awful. My SIM card was damaged and I had to buy a new one from one of their stores at 5 euros. When I bought it, they told me that it will be activated automatically within 24 hours. After 24 hours, nothing. I went to the same store and they told me that I have to wait for 7 days and that I must be patient. Then I spoke with their customer service on messenger and over the phone and they told me that they will put it in priority and activate it the next day, the soonest possible. They told me that they will call me in the morning to verify my ID and proceed with the activation. I was waiting for 4 hours and nobody called me. Then I called them and they told me that the relevant department is closed and I must contact them the next day. The girl who picked up the phone was laughing and yelling at me. This company is a distaster. Pathetic with awful customer service. Before you sign a contract with them, think about it again because when you have a problem, they do want to assist.

Please don’t make the mistake I made

Before switching to Wind (which was against my own will as I am a minor) we had Cosmote, which is kind of expensive but does the job. It has been 3 years now that we have Wind and there hasn’t been a single day where I haven’t had bad internet connection. We pay for 50mbps and on my pc I have a download speed of 2 mbps (4 max) and an upload speed of 5 mbps. This is outrageous. I can’t even submit my homework on time due to the awful Internet connection. I have contacted them multiple times yet tell me there isn’t anything wrong with my internet connection and insist on just restarting the router or pc. Please don’t get Wind, don’t do this mistake.

Internet and Landline of my business…

Internet and Landline of my business goes OFF. I call the technical support from my mobile. The girl says someone will call me back in a few minutes. NO ONE calls back.

After 5 hours of not being able to run my business I CALL back, the girl says she will check the problem and call back in a few minutes.

NO ONE CALLS BACK it has now been 24hours and I have been informed about nothing.

They are not helpful at all, do not ever call back when they say they will and generally the internet goes off and the landline, very often.

I have a business to run and this is extremely unprofessional!

just despair inducing.

i'm a minor who has been stuck with this company for 5 years now, having nothing to do about it. this network has no internet more times than it has & when you actually get some, it will be slow and painful. highly unrecommended for people who will need to do online classes, are impatient & have anger issues, actually highly unrecommended for anyone at this point. i have spent so much money on my cellphone's company (vodafone) for data, so i can have a decent wifi connection at my *own* house and live in no fear of gaining too many absences in online school due to terrible wifi connections.

One of the worst telecommunications…

One of the worst telecommunications companies in customers support and after sales service. They insist on us by lots of calls to divert from another vendor or upgrade our service, and after we did, we started to receive unrealistic high mobile bill, including fees for incoming SMS that we have no idea about. When we call them for support, they simply throw us to unknown third party companies, who don't exist/closed. Easily they charge us for services that we did not use at all, and they even don't take any responsibility in supporting us cancelling those unaccepted charges and fees, as they don't belong to us. We were about to change our home contract from another vendor to WIND, but right now we will never do it, moreover we are not recommending this company to all our relatives and colleagues.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. This company does not respect their customers, nor the rights of the consumer. In 2018 I left Greece and I still had a valid contract with them expiring in late spring 2019. If I wanted to close it in 2018, I should have paid a huge amount of money as compensation. So I decided to keep the number and the services until the end of the contract. In May 2019 I received numerous calls from them and I was informed that I cannot close the contract over the phone and neither by asking a friend to do so with a power of attorney from me. They insisted I had to come personally to one of their locations in Greece and because this was impossible, I was literally forced to accept by phone the renewal of the contract in June, for one more year, hoping that I might manage to visit Greece in the meanwhile and close it personally at one of their locations. My acceptance by phone worked just fine, but me saying no - was not a valid answer. I was not using their services, sometimes I could not connect to the number for 2-3 months, so I had to call them to check the roaming, mobile data etc. In May 2020 I was surprised to see that the amount to be paid substantially increased. After a while I contacted their customer support with a complaint and they told me that I actually could have closed the contract with a power of attorney in 2019 (so I was misinformed by their agents, a fact that brought extra expenses to me without any reason for a year) and that the increased amount in the invoice dated May 2020 was due to the fact that I did not pay the previous two months. They considered this as a good legal reason to charge me more, without any notification, without any agreement in the contract etc. Please note that the increased amount was not mentioned as delays of payment but as a higher cost of the provided services. I am still waiting for their reply but it looks like they are simply ignoring me now. Moreover, the person from the customer support has no idea about what customer service means as she is not aware of the basic principles. She would reply without a salutation (Good day, Dear Mr/MR etc), just plain text. Totally disrespectful. Avoid them at all costs. Quite a shame they operate like this. Their main purpose is the money regardless of their customer's needs and rights.
