I didn’t know anything about the company or how anything worked. I was unaware I had paid too much tax and if I was I wouldn’t have known the first thing about how to get anything back. I contacted them, filled out a couple of forms and that was that. Heard back from them after around 6 weeks to let me know my claim was successful and I would be due a refund. In the first place I wasn’t expecting anything so it was such a bonus to find out how much I was due back. Fantastic service, everything is done for you. Who doesn’t like like. Would highly recommend

imposable to contact cant find a phone number and always an error when filling out forms. not heard anything in over a month just looking for some kind of up date

Found this site by chance and thought it was just another scam, how wrong I was, the service with this company was fantastic, and I really didn’t think their fees wasn’t to bad either, nice little Christmas present.

I dealt with a lady called Linda. She was superb. Always responsive to emails and patient in explaining things. Her customer service is the best I have experienced with any company. I also am pleased with the refund amount. Was expecting a few hundred but not almost 3 thousand. Brilliant!!!

What an amazing experience from this company constantly updated via email from Linda,in the space of six weeks I received my refund of almost £5,000 I asked for a bank transfer and it was in my account the same afternoon. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

From initial contact by email , everything about Winchurch services was effortless. The whole process from start to finish is about six weeks. All communication emails were sent promptly, in total the whole process consisted of about 6 emails. I received my refund today by bank transfer. Winchurch Services were in touch with me a few Months ago regarding a possible tax refund from my pension. At the time I just thought it was another cold call that would go nowhere however the chap who called me was very nice and professional so I decided to give him my details. They kept me updated with emails and just last week they contacted me to say they had managed to sort out my claim. I called and had a chat with Linda who told me I was to receive just under four thousand pounds. I was delighted and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again everyone.

My main criticism is no update. I applied on the 10th July. I think it would be nice to send a weekly email. Even if its to say "Not heard back yet"

Fantastic company, they helped me with my first refund (£6k paid in tax and that refund helped me launch my new business) and just refunded after a withdrawal again, every penny counts right now and i am so grateful - i just wish everyone used you, seems so unfair that so few knew about you!

This company is absolutely amazing, I have been in hospital for the last 2 weeks so my patients have been quite low, The Manager called me and was absolutely brilliant. Hi would highly recommend for anyone to use this company. Don’t be put off if there is no telephone number on the website, as they respond very quickly by email….

I have received notice of a tax refund from HMRC , after calling them they confirmed that the cheque was sent to Winchurch as they were my nominee.
I have received an invoice from Winchurch while the refund has been sent to them ?
Why should I pay this when they are getting my full refund directly from HMRC ??
