Well I lost
Returned an item almost a month ago, I have proof of delivery and a signature. They have kept the item, not refunded my money and have stopped replying to my emails. Have made a complaint to Joules about their so called "Friend of Joules" and now have to go via my bank to try and do a chargeback. Stressful and not impressed.
