A good facility with warm human touch
Nathan is a wonderful person who made my entire experience "COOL". I felt Wilson Storage as an extension of my home's store room. The facility, the navigation through the maze of rooms and the store rooms are well arranged. I appreciate the cleanliness of the toilet - that defines culture of an organisation. The sound system was good and I was enjoying 80s songs while organising my store room. Keep up the good work Nathan and the team.

Friendly and easy to deal with
Nadia and the other gentleman behind the desk held a storage spot for me for a couple months always checked in to see when i was ready called me with updates were very and friendly to deal with such a easy and painless experience I'll be using this facility for a long time to come thanks team.

We arrived to unload it was chaos!
We arrived to unload . I had paid Removalist and had to wait an hour before being able to stack the area. There were 3 other groups in in storage areas next to ours who were doing the same thing. This cost me an extra $150 dollars. This system does not work . I have had storage before at a different company and this was never an issue. The removalists also pointed that the lift was very small requiring greater time to unload so we were at the storage for 2 hours and there was no toilet .
