Tl;dr overall a worthwhile service
These guys were thorough, patient and interacted beyond just the job role. He also provided useful tidbits in terms of what to expect from storage and some of the small risks creating realistic expectations. They always seem down for a chat but don't force it on you.
The paperwork side on Wilson's seems to lack conciseness and clarity though... but it's not a real problem.

I would like to appreciate the help and support received from Terry in arranging a storage space as I was based in Sydney and had to coordinate remotely but the service received from them was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them.

Trudi was amazing and had made interstate transfer of my belongings so easy. She kindly took care of my stuff when it came unexpectedly early without my presence. Highly recommend this facility and their excellent service.

Very clean and secure facilities
Very clean and secure facilities. Trudy and Terry both very helpful. I have no hesitation recommending here for storage. If I ever need storage again in the future, Wilson will be my first preference.

Great staff, location and maintenance
The storage unit and facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to my inquiries even though we were based abroad at the time of move-in.

We have never experienced any problems with our storage units over the years. All staff we have been in contact with have been lovely - we would recommend Wilson storage to anyone looking to store items. It is very clean always - very light and easy to access
