Philip was great to deal with. He was polite, great customer service, very knowledgeable and an overall great guy. If it wasn’t for his interactions, I would have gone with another storage facility.

Free van hire was extremely helpful
Free van hire was extremely helpful. Some of the fees were hidden and not transparent but the staff were friendly and very helpful and I was happy with the deal I got overall on my storage unit.

We recently made a storage move from our office for some furniture to the Wilson's Sandringham facility. The move was easy, the facilities first class and the manager extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

In a word the best service I've had from any storage business. John and Jarrod bend over backward to get every detail right and the lending of the van is a total winner. I've used this facility before and I'm back for a good reason. Anytime in future, I'll do the same.

Well-managed & serviced facility at Sandringham
Jarrod Scovell, the Manager and one man show at Wilson's in Bay St Sandringham. He is so helpful and polite, and projects calmness which is soothing in such stressful times as moving house. Several times I've had to get his advice on units, boxes to buy and other admin details. He oversees a clean and
functional facility. He couldn't be nicer, every time. I'd say his Wilson's best asset.
