Robert Rayner was terrific to deal with, explained everything clearly, provided a good position to store my boat and answered any queries I had promptly. I had a problem with the access card which he also sorted out very quickly. Overall Wilson's provided a very good service and I will definately use Wilsons again.

Toni had our Stroage Unit all ready to go and the move into the unit was seamless. Very simple, clear and easy instructions how to access the facility and our unit. Provision of vehicles to help our transportation of our items was also a very easy and quick process.

Fantastic - Rob and his team were very helpful and supportive with sourcing the right size storage unit, items I would need and even advice such as using old clothes to pack china.

We packed up our house and stored all our possessions at Wilson Storage Rowville for three years while living overseas. And we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The facility is safe, and extremely clean and modern. The staff are professional, personable, and always helpful. Thank you Wilson Storage Rowville for keeping our belongings secure and and relieving the stress of our overseas move and return.

The Facility Manager Robert was great, a very experienced removalist who was able to guide us through the whole process. The facility is well lit, clean, and secure. Rob was able to answer all of our questions, and concerns, due to his vast knowledge and experience.

Robert continues to be a great help with our storage needs especially given we are moving and the place we are moving into isn’t ready yet due to reno delays. Robert came to the rescue with additional short term shortage - nothing was too hard - highly recommend them

As a member of a Community Service volunteer organization, we were looking for somewhere to safely store our equipment. We needed easy access, but also good security and with the help of Robert and Toni and Wilsons Storage - Rowville, we were able to get just what we needed.
There was a minimum of paperwork and no delay, in fact they even held our unit open for us while our committee approved this arrangement,

I had trouble with one other storage place around the corner. I needed storage ASAP. Without hesitation or anything they assisted me in getting it organised. Robert, was very helpful in every way. Helped me with getting the right size storage, made my life easier with the move.

In saying all that. They are cheap. I recommend using them! There’s no hidden costs and there flexibility is amazing!
