Totally happy experience especially during our COVID experience when everybody was stuck at home sewing.

The staff are lovely and helpful. The facility is easy to access and good for people with mobility issues like myself. Prices are more than reasonable too.

The team at Wilson's are amazing to work with. They have supported our family storage needs and also our business storage needs for the last 5 years. Deliveries, handling couriers, moving pallets are all additional benefits that I wouldn't have received at any other storage facility or business hub/warehouse.

My daughter moved back home so we moved her boxes to storage. Wilson Storage was very helpful, efficient and a reasonable monthly cost. Would definitely recommend them.

Wilson have been very accommodating, extending my storage several times until I could get organised. Some locations are limited in availability and I have to admit they've lost stars for their painfully manual registration system all still administered via non-digital forms and email which is open to error and dependant on who remembers receiving it. Also, if you have something super-large and heavy stored such as a piano, you'll need to make sure your mover has all the proper equipment to clear the bay level or that piano is going nowhere!

Everything was great except the price rises. It started at $130 and finished at $142. But I give 5 stars to the service at Mount Waverly Wilson Storage. The staff are excellent!!

Great communication from when I started to look at storage facilities and submitted an inquiry. Andrew got back to me with a quote and when I went to inspect the facility, Cassandra took me through all the details and showed me the unit. I felt that I had all the information and committed on the day. Both Andrew and Cassandra made it easy for me to make the decision. Thanks Andrew and Cassandra.

Karen and staff provide outstanding service at this first class storage facility. I visited two of the competition but they do not compare.
