Very well organized. Explained security measures and access very clearly. Everything is neat and tidy and works! SO far a seamless experience.

The service that I got from the team at Wilson’s storage was absolutely A rated! Very helpful, understanding and accommodating to our needs

Karen took the time to check I was ok personally , she stayed back past her shift finishing up paper work with me and made the whole experience easy. Karen was so lovely I wasn’t just a number.

Easy and friendly service with clear and precise recommendations to my personal storage needs. The accessibility is fantastic being 24/7 and great off street reverse in to the building to load and unload as I need. Perfect for my current situation. Michelle is a star and made the process quick and easy, an asset to the business! Thank you

Very happy with all my dealings and communication with Wilson storage.
It’s run very well and very professionally

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and well maintained premises, central location with secure access.

Fantastic company to deal with. Appreciated the assistance in setting this up when we are based in QLD. Could not have been more helpful.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The 24-hour access was fantastic.
The facility was always clean and easy to get around. Trolleys always at the ready if needed and just great experience overall.

Michelle from Wilson's on North Road has been very helpful. She is very professional at her job. She treated me with respect every time.
Whether purchasing packaging items or selecting the right size storage unit to accomodate my belongings.

Great place to store items.
Clean Secure and easy access.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with LAX SECURITY AT WILSON STORAGE BENTLEIGH EAST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Address: North Road 928, 3165 Bentleigh East

The MAIN entrance door was OPENED for more than 10 minutes after the security code was entered when ENTERING or EXITING the storage.

I chose Wilson Storage Ormond because of the 24/7 availability. But now for my own personal safety, I will ONLY go to the storage during OFFICE HOURS.

CCTV camera needs to be installed to inform people inside who is the person outside entering the security code - whether we need to run for our life or continuing doing whatever we are doing.

QR code and/or APP based options should be implemented for ENTERING & EXITING the storage.

Nowadays in parking lots, we DO NOT get out of the cars to insert the parking tickets!!! Why should we get out the car to enter the security code at Wilson Storage Ormond during ENTER & EXIT?

The service at Wilson Storage East Bentleigh is second to none. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are modern, clean, well lit and secure. I've never been disappointed in years of renting storage with them.

Michele king what can i say your the best.
My experience was great with
Great service and very friendly staff

So easy to use.
No hassle access to the loading bays, goods lifts and individual unit. No struggling with doors or trolleys as these were all well maintained.
The facility is clean & well lit.
The whole place felt secure.
All Wilson staff contacts ( and other tenants ) were always polite and helpful.
Will definitely make use of Wilson's Storage whenever the need arises.
No hesitation in recommending them to others.

Easy transition from larger storage unit to smaller, well facilitated by the friendly location Manager.
