Wilson Storage - East Bentleigh Recensioni

The manager Anthea is very nice and really helpful. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. The pricing is reasonable. My only negative comment is that you are not permitted to ride in the frieght elevator, you have to send it up/down and then use the stairs (which to be fair are only a couple of metres away), not worth knocking a star off for. Recommended.

Overall experience was terrific. First impressions always count, the general cleanliness of the facility was first class. Andrea (office manager) was welcoming helpful and very informative which made the process seamless.

Friendly staff and always felt that my items were in goods hands and safe.

Very attentive service, no fuss.

The team in the office was very friendly and helpful with my query and getting a storage space organised.

Front desk service was top notch! They So lovely and patient and very helpful

I had a storage space at Wilson Storage for around 14 years (I think) I always found the facility to be very clean and well taken care of. The staff were always helpful and access was easy. I highly recommend this storage facility. Phil

Anthea!!!
Hospitable, efficient,informative, helpful.
Anthea's manner and assistance made an unpleasant experience of sorting family home after 71years easy enjoyable.
And Chris at Moorabbin for his help with van and charging my phone so I could call an uber.
Thanks

Very easy to setup

Wilson Storage East Bentleigh exceeded my expectations. Super clean, secure, and well-lit facility with easy access and trolley support. Anthea (the Facility Manager) was consistently professional, helpful, and solutions-focused throughout the process. They also hooked me up with a free move‑in van for the first four hours—seriously levelled up the experience.

Honestly the girls at Wilson storage east bentleigh were incredibly helpful. It is by far the best storage place I've ever used and I've used alot of various storage places in my life but there communication and assistance was incredible had I have not lost my job and had to cut my costs I'd still be with them now and I recommend them to anyone who's looking for storage in that area.

It's exceedingly rare to find such a great storage company with such great customer service.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case it is well deserved for they always went above and beyond for me and were super understanding of my situations.

I'd give them more stars if it were possible in this review platform. Never have I had such a great experience anywhere with why service as I had here.

So to Anthea and all the girls thank you so much
