Extremely helpful friendly and responsive service. Had what I needed to suit my needs but they were also wet clear explaining the various alternatives. I would particularly commend John.

The territory manager was very professional and helpful. He made our stressful situation less stressful. He was friendly and very understanding. The process of arranging storage was very easy.

The staff are friendly and super helpful, recommending the right space for my needs.
They even had all my details from years ago, so the process was quick and easy. Very clean and easy to access.

So easy to hire a storage space. Wilson staff discussed all my needs in repect of the size needed and location (I have bad knees & needed a ground floor space).
They clearly explained the terms & conditions l needed to know and payment arrangements. They even gave me a map of the facility, to make it easy to find my storage space.

Exceptional facility - clean, well organised and very easy to use and navigate with plenty of trolleys for use. Staff are fantastic - in the Bay Cheltenham office, John and Michelle have been absolutely wonderful to deal with, so accomodating and kind. I’m a competitive market with lots of service providers to choose from, I would choose Wilsons Cheltenham every time!!

Friendly staff, clean facility

I felt like I was being looked after by family orientated people who wanted to help with my situation. Excellent service from the territory manager who asked questions first to determine my needs and then showed me the perfect storage solution. Didn’t try and sell me what he had available but rather determined if he had the right solution for me.
