No communication at all
Still waiting for a parcel that was shipped 25th March. No communication. Very poor service. If its not here by end of day tomorrow I will go back to the company I purchased from and claim back via my credit card.

Rude and unhelpful …
Whilst my goods were delivered within the designated timeframe the delivery driver was rude and extremely unhelpful. He left 2 of the 3 packages in the open doorway. When I asked him to move them he picked them up and slammed them down on the concrete step. Living & Home need to find a new delivery service.

I had a very good experience with their company, the driver answers all of my questions within minutes, he left it in my safe place and text me a photo too.
So on the whole, I had no issues whatsoever, great deliveryman.

Waited all day for delivery
Waited all day for delivery, after having delivery text. 7pm came, no delivery

I'm not happy with my service as they recieved my product a week ago and it still hasn't been dispatched rang up today and the number was a personal phone ..Something not right about them ..wouldn't use ever again

I have been exceedingly pleased with WI Logistics same-day courier service for more than two years, during which I have relied on them to transport important cargo to various UK cities.
They have always been courteous and competent, responding promptly to any questions or requests. The drivers have always been punctual and have handled our goods with care. Their prices are competitive, and their customer service is outstanding.
I would strongly recommend WI Logistics to anyone in need of a dependable and speedy same-day courier service in the UK.
