The three questions I asked myself when I was recommend to use Willy's wheels was, will he do a good job, can I trust this person to come to my house, & will I be charged a fair price. I can report the answers are a resounding "yes". So pleased were we with the first bike repair, that he ended up returning to service our 2 other bikes.

Great service and really good value. My bike was broken and not working before my service and I rode away happy. Really convenient and super friendly service:) would recommend and definitely come back to Willy’s Wheels!

Fantastic service with two bikes being serviced at short notice. Bikes look & feel as good as new. Wilker took a look at an issue on another bike & managed to diagnose & find an affordable replacement wheel to fit once delivered. I'll be recommending to all of my friends. Thanks again!

I couldn’t recommend enough Willy’s Wheels enough. I was referred by a friend and thankfully was able to be squeezed in last minute. The service was great, really efficient and professional. My bike hasn’t looked this good since the day it left the shop! Thanks again! :)

Would highly recommend Wilker. Lovely guy, so convenient and easy. He did a great job, answered all my (silly) questions and even helped me with my kids bike without charging. Will definitely be using again in the future. Thanks.

Willy’s Wheels is absolutely brilliant! Convenient, competitively priced and a high standard of service - what more could you want.
Wilker is extremely skilled and a really nice guy.
Thanks for getting my bike back on the road!

What a brilliant experience. Willy came out and did an amazing job. It's so apparent that he's just a great guy that genuinely just wants to see people being happy on their bikes. I highly recommend him and will be referring him to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Willy’s wheels for bike servicing and repairs. Wilker is superb and what he does and is very efficient with his timings and meeting customer satisfaction with professionalism. He is very honest and advises on what needs doing on your bike. He travels to you and gets the job done at your place in a matter a few hours. My bike definitely feels like a new bike after my full service! Great work Wilker!

Fantastic service and super friendly guy. Fixed my wreck of a bike up quickly and made her much smoother to ride. Very efficient. I was quite confused about bike parts too and he sourced them all for me at such reasonable prices too. Goes above and beyond and the best at home service.

Wilker is a great bike mechanic. After glowing reviews from a friend I decided to contact him when my bike needed servicing. He serviced my bike and fitted some new parts I had requested. Extremely efficient, convenient travelling to my flat, and at a very reasonable price! A great way to avoid having to plan around dropping and picking up my bike from a different location.

Really thorough service at a very reasonable price.

Was recommended to contact Willys Wheels after a poor experience with Cycles UK Watford. I would highly recommend this friendly mobile service. Reliable, efficient, honest with great communication. 4 bikes serviced & repaired to a professionally high standard in one day. Bike are back to good working order. Very happy customer. Will use again.

Wilker serviced my bike at the beginning of the year, replacing a completely worn chain, cassette and headset bearings. He works diligently, with excellent attention to detail and has treated my bike as if it were his own, picking up issues that I hadn't noticed. Since then, Wilker has become my go-to mechanic. He's been more than happy to answer my questions and check over issues that have popped up with my bike over the remainder of the winter and spring. Thank you Wilker! You're the best 😄

After a service from a local bike shop, I had brake issues. None of the other local shops would touch it and Wilker came over. It was a hellish job and he ended up coming back twice just to make sure everything was working.
What a great bloke and I really felt that he cared about the outcome for me and my bike.
I really couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Wilker serviced my road bike during the pandemic. Showed up to my flat, did a full service including disassembly and reassembly and checked back in person after 4 weeks to make sure everything was running smooth. My bike feels great and runs like a charm. Highly recommend. Having him back so he can pack it away in my bike box for my journey to the states. Super responsive via chat and able to do even the smallest item for your bike! Get in touch with Wilker!

Amazing mechanic! Was able to sort my bike within two days notice and came to my house so I didn’t even have to travel. Super speedy and really fair costs. Would 100% use again!

Wilker is fantastic. Responsive and thorough. Great service all around! Will definitely book again.

Wilker is a great example of world class customer service. He is always on hand to assist with any question you have and is available at short notice. His flexibility and great quality of work speaks for itself. Fully recommended for all your bike needs!

Absolutely fantastic service, his knowledge of bikes, and his willingness to share what he knows is fantastic. He's indexed and cleaned my roadbike to helping me get an old Peugeot on the road. Great prices, lovely attitude. He's lived up to the recommendation he came with. I now have a go to guy, and I'm delighted.

A truly excellent service. Swift correspondence throughout the initial consultation. He provided an honest, fair assessment of the requirements for the bike and it now rides perfectly. I will definitely be using him for all my future bike needs.
